Kesha Breaks Silence On Wardrobe Malfunction At Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert

Singer Kesha is opening up about the wardrobe malfunction she experienced while she was performing at the Taylor Hawkins tribute concert to honor the late Foo Fighters drummer who passed away earlier this year.
While she was performing, her chest was exposed while she was singing and so she decided to try to sing even harder as a distraction. Unfortunately, she informed her followers on social media on Thursday afternoon that she had actually hemorrhaged one of her vocal cords during the performance, which she described as "quite a moment."

On Thursday afternoon, the “Praying” singer took to Instagram to reveal that she had actually damaged one of her vocal cords while she was giving it her all on stage to distract her fans from her wardrobe malfunction.
“So. in the middle of my wardrobe malfunction I decided to distract everyone from my titties falling out by singing rly. Loud,” she wrote. “And today I found out I hemorrhaged one of my vocal chords. Soooo. I’m posting all the pics from the fucking moment bc. This was quite a moment.”
One of her close friends, “Blow Out My Candle” singer Betty Who commented, “omg k noooooo !!!!! i mean very rock and roll but lmk if u want me to make u tea and snuggle.” Many other fans sent “healing vibes” and sent thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.
Kesha Gives Her Fans A Close-Up Look At Her Glittering Outfit!
In a separate Instagram post on Wednesday, the “Rainbow” singer shared two stunning shots of her outfit, taken by Joyce Bonelli.
The outfit features a glittering silver bra, a glitzy skirt made of multi-colored circles, and knee-high silver boots. She also wore a long silver cape around her neck, complimented with white fur around her neckline.
The “TiK ToK” singer also turned around to show off the back of her costume, which revealed the intricate stitching in her long silver cape.
“You look phenomenal,” one fan gushed. “Queen,” another follower commented. “Beautiful,” another fan chimed in. “This is your time,” another follower agreed. “You were amazing! A true rock’n’roll performance ❤️,” another fan added.

On Thursday afternoon, the “Your Love Is My Drug” singer took to Instagram yet again to share a few more snaps of her outfit. The first snap shows Kesha braless underneath a sheer long-sleeve shirt, with her long dark hair covering part of her chest.
She appears to be walking backstage with a cup in her hand, glancing back over her shoulder to address someone behind her. In the caption, she wrote, “And then sometimes there are wardrobe malfunctions…”
She also shared another black-and-white photo of the cape snapping around her, concealing her wardrobe malfunction from view.
“The rock gods decided it was to be so. For Taylor!” one fan joked, while other followers showered the post with comments of “queen” and “gorgeous.”

Three weeks ago, the "We R Who We R" singer also performed at the Taylor Hawkins tribute concert in London. She shared a video of the performance on Instagram, calling it an “Honor and a privilege." She added, "We love you Taylor."
Former Dream Theater drummer Michael Portnoy called her performance “Sofa King Awesome 🔥🔥🔥.” Another follower wrote, “Girl, you’re a rockstar on stage and I’ve been wishing for years for a rock n’ roll album made by you. Your volcanic energy makes my mind.”
