Fitness influencer Jen Selter is making the most out of the rest of the summer months while still preparing for fall.
In her latest social media posts, the 29-year-old fitness model shared a video of her enjoying a sunset with her dog, Gram, and teased her followers with a delicious pumpkin granola recipe that they’ll be making all fall!

In another Instagram post, the New York native sat back on a blue-and-white tie-dye blanket as she watched the sunset beside her pet pooch, Gram.
She is sitting back on both hands, her long brown hair falling back behind her, as she flaunted her fit physique in a sky blue sports bra and matching thong.
Jen set the video to Makar’s “Mood” and captioned it, “The best company 🐶,” tagging her dog @gramselter.
Fans showered her cute post with red heart and heart-eye emojis. “Gorgeous view,” one fan commented. “Beautiful 😍😍😍,” another follower wrote. “Love the views that you are surrounded by Jen, amazing and beautiful shot of you. 😀💪🙏,” a third fan gushed.

Although Jen is dressed for summer in this video, she shared another healthy recipe video earlier this week that showed her embracing her love of pumpkin spice season!
Jen Shares Her Delicious Fall Pumpkin Granola Recipe!
In addition to sharing her fun workout videos, Jen also loves to share plenty of recipes with her followers. In one recent Instagram recipe video, she told her followers that she is getting her “pumpkin on” and warned them that once they make her homemade granola, they won’t be able to turn to storebought anymore!
The ingredients are a bit longer than what she usually posts. This recipe calls for 2 cups of old fashioned rolls oats, 1/3 cup coconut oil, 1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup, ½ cup pumpkin puree, ½ cup unsweetened chocolate chips, ½ cup chopped walnuts, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, 2 tsp coconut sugar, “a little” bit of salt, and some pumpkin spice and dark chocolate chips for toppings.
The recipe is actually pretty simple to make. After preheating the oven to 325 degrees F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, fans can put the coconut oil and sugar-free maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it for 30-40 seconds. When that’s done, they can add the pumpkin puree and stir to combine.
Next, the oats and other ingredients get added to the bowl and stirred together until everything is mixed. The mixture is then spread on the baking sheet in an even layer and baked for 35 to 40 minutes. When it’s done, Jen suggests letting it cool for at least 15 minutes before digging in!
