Nick Kroll Made Harry Styles Spit On Chris Pine!

Nick Kroll has entered the “Spitgate 2022” chat.

The “Big Mouth” co-creator let his actual big mouth run while appearing on Jimmy Fallon’s late-night talk-show, “The Tonight Show,” on September 26th.

The actor revealed it was HE who “masterminded” the infamous video which shows Harry Styles seemingly spitting on Chris Pineat the Venice Film Festival.

Alright, let’s not forget that we are talking about a comedian here, okay?

He joked that he coerced Styles into hawking a loogie at Pine to heighten “the buzz” around the psychological thriller.

Kroll told Fallon, “I decided let’s create a lot of buzz around the film but not about the film itself.”

As if all the drama involving director Olivia Wilde, Florence Pugh and Shia LaBeouf wasn’t enough to get and keep people talking.

“I’m the puppeteer. I was like, ‘Hey, Harry, you know what would be a great idea? When you walk into the premiere at Venice, spit on Chris Pine,’” Kroll explained.

The ‘Kroll Show’ creator claims Styles got cold feet about the idea decided against it.

So rather than spit on Pine, he and Kroll shared a kiss on the lips instead.

Their characters actually kiss in “Don’t Worry Darling.”

A rep for Pine released a statement to PEOPLE when rumors of Styles spitting on Pine first went viral.

Pine’s rep said the video was creating unnecessary drama.

"This is a ridiculous story — a complete fabrication and the result of an odd online illusion that is clearly deceiving and allows for foolish speculation,” the statement read. “Just to be clear, Harry Styles did not spit on Chris Pine. There is nothing but respect between these two men and any suggestion otherwise is a blatant attempt to create drama that simply does not exist."

Styles also spoke out about “Spitgate 2022” during one of his final shows at Madison Square Garden.

“This is our 10th show at Madison Square Garden, it is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful to be back here,” the British singer told his fans while opening the show. “I just popped over to Venice to spit on Chris Pine but fear not, we’re back!”

His “confession” was met with wild screams and cheers.

He encouraged his fans to have as much fun as they can and nothing more about Pine.

Given everything that has happened, fans are begging Andy Cohen to hold a reunion special for the cast of “Don’t Worry Darling.”

Lucky for fans… Cohen is 100% down to host the reunion.

Instagram account @CommentsByCelebs shared a tweet that read, “DON’T WORRY DARLING cast and crew reunion hosted by andy cohen.”

Cohen responded “I’m in” in the comments.

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Rinna commented, “We need answers.”

One person simply commented, “#s**tshow.”

“THIS CALLS FOR A 4 PARTER,” AND “DEAAAAR GAWWWWD PUHLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE! We neeeed this!! ??????” were other comments left on the post.

One fan hilariously suggested Wilde’s ex-fiancé, Jason Sudeikis, should serve as the guest bartender during the taping of the reunion special.
