"Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story"
"Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story" just hit Netflix on September 21, 2022 and is already at the #1 spot on the streaming giant. Evan Peters has been receiving Emmy-award buzz for his performance as the notorious serial killer, Jeffrey Dahmer, with some saying his acting was so good, they couldn't watch the show because of how sick they felt.
Alongside Evan Peters, the series stars Niecy Nash (Glenda Cleveland), Molly Ringwald (Shari Dahmer), Richard Jenkins (Lionel Dahmer), Colin Ford (Chazz), Penelope Ann Miller (Joyce Dahmer), Michael Learned (Catherine Dahmer), Shaun Brown (Tracy), and others.
The series, which is a fictionalized account of actual events that occurred during the 1970s-1990s, gives Jeffrey Dahmer’s victims a voice. It also gives viewers "a critical look at systemic racism, white privilege, homophobia and the institutional failures that allowed Dahmer to murder and dismember 17 boys and men from 1978 to 1991," according to Netflix.
"Conversations with a Killer: The Jeffrey Dahmer Tapes"
Due to the success of "Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story," Netflix is currently working on "Conversations with a Killer: The Jeffrey Dahmer Tapes," which will follow the same setup as the previously released limited series sharing the chilling tapes from Ted Bundy and John Wayne Gacy.
"Conversations with a Killer: The Jeffrey Dahmer Tapes" will use never-before-heard audio interviews between Dahmer and his defense team. The upcoming Netflix series will hit the streaming service on October 7, 2022.
