Khloe Kardashian Faces WILD Lawsuit Over Goat Yoga

Khloe Kardashian is being sued for causing a man “emotional distress.”

The Good American co-founder shared the unexpected and WILD news on her Instagram story on September 26th.

The lawsuit stems from her 2018 appearance on Kevin Hart’s mini-series, ‘What The Fit.’

Khloe is being sued by a Tennessee man for emotional distress he endured while watching her participate in goat yoga.

She shared a media request screenshot which read, “Hope you had a good weekend. We’re writing up a lawsuit against Khloe filed by singer [blank] in Tennessee.  He’s claiming emotional distress after watching her participate in goat yoga. He wants $5,000.00.”

Khloe added a poll to the post titled, “How should I respond?”

One option was to “send him a goat to calm his distress.”

Another solution was for Khloe to “counter sue – now I’m distressed,” or “Start a goat yoga business.”

She shared a snapshot from the episode and captioned it, “I guess not even goat yoga is safe anymore. Sorry Kev.”

It’s unclear what the validity of the lawsuit is. This could be some wild prank, because fans of Khloe know she’s a great prankster, or it could be 100% real.

What’s not real is her reported relationship with Italian actor Michele Morrone. Khloe and Morrone were photographed getting cozy on September 24th at the Dolce & Gabbana Milan Fashion Week show.

The potential new couple seemed very comfortable with one another. He wrapped his arm around her and appeared to whisper in her ear.

As you can imagine, the photo went viral, along with a video shared by fans, which shows the two dancing closely at an after-party.

Fans showed their approval on Twitter.

One fan wrote, “That’s an upgrade.”

“She’s with Massimo but tbh I don’t mind as long as she’s happy and she’s being treated right then it’s fine,” another commented on the photo.

This fan was all about their flirtation writing, “HELPP WHAT KHLOE IS DATING MICHELE?? I’m sorry but this is what Khloe needed, out with the OLD NBA Player and in with the new Italian actor! We are tired of NBA boyfriends they are walking red flags, hopefully Michele treats her right.”

Unfortunately, there is nothing serious or romantic going on between them.

The actor shot to streaming platform stardom for his role in “365 Days.”

Following the hype about their potential new relationship, Morrone’s team set the record straight.

A rep for the actor told PEOPLE that his and Khloe’s moment together was strictly cordial.

"Dolce and Gabbana asked them to take a photo at the show," Morrone's rep tells PEOPLE. "Michele said she was very nice, and that was the extent of it."

A different source informed the outlet that Khloe and Morrone had “never met before” last weekend.

"She just met him in Milan that night," the insider says. "They are not dating. She has no plans to see him again."

Morrone is currently single. However, the Italian actor was previously married to artist Rouba Saadeh from 2014 to 2018.

Khloe is also single and recently welcomed her second child via surrogate with her ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

The birth of their son was documented on the season two premiere of “The Kardashians” on Hulu.
