Kanye West is letting the world know that he lost something precious — his QUEEN!

It's been almost two years since his estranged wife Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, and the couple's split has been nothing short of a public debacle, with the rapper never shying away from airing his grievances against his former lover on social media.

However, it seems Ye, as he is legally known, is having a change of heart and instead using his social media to shower some love on his lost Queen.

Yesterday, the Donda rapper took to Instagram to commiserate with the people of the United Kingdom on the death of their Queen. As you might know, Queen Elizabeth II passed away on September 8, 2022, at 96, after 70 years of reign.

Her demise was devastating for many worldwide as she had been a steady force in the world, being the longest reigning monarch ever. In an Instagram Story update, Ye reminisced on the passing of the monarch while also taking the time to reflect on a personal loss.

"London, I know how you feel. I lost my Queen too," he wrote. It’s unsure who Ye was referring to as his "queen," whether it’s Kim, the mother of his kids, or his late mother, Professor Donda West.

However, a day before the post, the Yeezy Founder, in a surprising move, showed love to his estranged partner. Ye shared a photo of Kim looking her best in one of the outfits she wore to Milan Fashion Week, where she launched her collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana.

In the image Ye shared, the "KUWTK" alum rocked an eccentric look, rocking a metallic corset top paired with matching silver cowboy pants with flower drawings. She paired the ensembles with silver shoes and accessorized her look with the cutest and tiniest silver bag.

Kim’s wild platinum-dyed hair was styled into a side part, with some tresses partly covering her right eyes. Her face was glammed up entirely as she walked in the streets. Kanye didn’t add any caption to the post, but many believe the timing of both updates suggests he is referring to Kim as his Queen.

Since the passing of Britain’s former Queen, Ye has opened up about valuable life lessons he has learned in light of her death.

Such was the case a day after she died when the 24-time Grammy Award winner paid tribute to Her Majesty in a touching social media post. As The Blast reported, Ye joined many to mourn the beloved leader sharing two throwback photos of the monarch in her younger days.

Alongside the post, he wrote, "Life is precious. Releasing all grudges today. Leaning into the light." Again, it’s unsure what "grudges" the father-of-four is talking about. It’s no news that Ye has a history of holding public grudges against those that he believes crossed him.

The 'Praise God' Rapper Apologizes To Kim

It seems Ye took to heart the vow he made following the Queen’s passing. In a recent interview with "Good Morning America," the Donda Academy founder laid it all on the table as regards his co-parenting relationship with Kim.

During the interview, the 45-year-old admitted to having caused his ex a lot of stress with how their divorce has played out. Speaking to the publication, he said, "This is the mother of my children, and I apologize for any stress that I have caused, even in my frustration, because God calls me to be stronger. But also, aint nobody else finna be causin’ no stress either."

Ye shared that his desire is that Kim is "less stressed and of the best, sound mind. And as calm as possible to be able to raise those children at the end of the day."

When asked if he felt he had a voice in their co-parenting situation, Ye said it how it is, confessing that he had to fight for it. In his words:

"I do have a voice, but I had to fight for it. That hurts you when you have to like scream about what your kids are wearing. And there’s just little nuances where there was a parallel to what was happening at GAP, what was happening at Adidas, and what was happening in my home."

He also brought up the topic of wanting his children to attend Donda Academy, something he publicly bashed Kim about in a social media post shared on September 1.
