Devine Wanted To Clarify That He's Not That Adam

Devine posted a selfie of him and his wife captioned, "Just want to post this and say that my wife @chloebridges and I are doing great and going strong. I am not Adam Levine. He’s a different guy and a worse singer. We are however naming our future baby Sumner."

His caption referenced the Instagram model, Sumner Stroh, who claimed in a TikTok video that she had an affair with Levine. Stroh shared screenshots that alleged that Levine planned to name his new baby after her. Levine's wife, Behati Prinsloo, is currently pregnant with the couple's third child. The two are parents to Dusty Rose, 6 and Gio Grace, 4.

Levine Denied The Affair But Admitted To "Crossing A Line"

Last week, the singer denied the affair but confessed to "crossing a line" while married and telling his fans in Instagram Stories that he "used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner." He also said, "In certain instances it became inappropriate; I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family. My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it. And we will get through it together."

A source close to Levine told PEOPLE that he insists that "nothing physical happened" with Stroh. "He was messaging her, being flirtatious with three women. One of them - she specifically said they have a physical relationship but he is completely denying that to friends."

Shortly after the accusations surfaced, Levine and Prinsloo were seen running errands together in Montecito, California. The couple both wore sunglasses and stood close together.
