Dr. Pimple Popper -- Watch This Ear Cyst POUR 'Custard' After Being Squeezed!

Dr. Pimple Popper is known for delivering us some surprising moments in her many dramatic moments in popping pimples, and this video is the PERFECT example of a monster cyst that you could never imagine would pour what actually comes out of it!
In the video, it is clear Dr. Sandra Lee is working on the area of this patient near the earlobe, and it doesn't look like the biggest one we have seen in her office.
But, when she slices this thing open, it is SHOCKING! You have to see what comes blasting out of this thing.!
"Wow, I was definitely not expecting that," one fan said after seeing the yellow liquid start to pour out of this bad boy!
After the doctor slices into the cyst, as you can see, the gunk just starts pouring onto her scalpel without even the first squeeze. But, don't worry that is coming...
One Instagram fan was confused about the color and texture of this pop, saying, "Would that be pus or just cyst juice that’s not infected? I believe if all those juicy squeezes were pus, people would have fever and aches. Is that right?"
"That’s a good one!!!..Looks like Creamy Butter," another said.
Look at the giant amount of yellow mush just gush out of this massive cyst, it is WAY bigger than we could have imagined.
In the video, you have to hear the doctor explain what she is looking at to the patient. She says it's a butter type substance ..like custard.
"Custard?" one popaholic questioned after seeing the video.
Another added, "Was that a cyst or a Steatocystomas? The butter confused me!!"
The best explanation for this awesome video is this fan's reaction, "mmmmmm mustard. I’m getting a hotdog Looks like butter."
Bottom line -- this is the truth, "Omg, that person's earlobe must've felt like it was going to explode before you popped it."
Speaking of butter, Dr. Pimple Popper handled a case of stomach cysts that looks very painful and hard to navigate, but once she got her hands on it...it was breakfast spread time!
"I can’t believe it’s not butter!" Dr. Sandra Lee said of the new video.
In the clip, the doctor is able to use the good ol' squeeze method to get one of them to explode, but then it takes one big cut to get the butter flowing...
"Please stop comparing food with pimples," one fan begged the doctor.
Another added, "Please for god sake don't say foods name I love your videos but every time you compare to food these things I'm gonna..." We get the drift, but it's not going to happen!
Check out this video! -- Dr. Lee barely even touches the top of this cyst and the juices start flowing right out!
In this case, the texture is a bit looser and looks more like the butter you use on popcorn when you go to the movies. Dr. PP has a field day with this stomach.
Trust us, this is one of those videos you may want to watch over and over again. It's that good!
BTW -- We have no idea how it gets that bad, which is what most of you will ask after you see this one!
