Jamie Foxx May Have a New Girlfriend ... and She's Half His Age

Fans still tend to think of Jamie Foxx as being paired to Katie Holmes since they were seen in the spotlight together over their six-year relationship, but that's not the reality these days. Holmes and Foxx called it quits last year, following rumors caused by Foxx holding a different women's hand in public back in August 2019.

It looks like Katie Holmes has to step aside as Foxx moves on with his love-life. But, who's he dating? Is it Sela Vave, the vocalist he was spotted with? Or is it someone totally different? Read on to find out.

With Jamie Foxx working his way through his early 50s, it might come as a surprise that the actor is seeing someone who's half his age. 26-year-old model and waitress, Dana Caprio, is Foxx's new squeeze, according to InTouch Weekly.

We're not sure of the exact date the couple made things official, but we know when he started liking her bikini selfies on Instagram because of Radar Online. Caprio is one of the few accounts that Foxx follows, and he started liking her photos in July 2019, two months after splitting with Holmes.

Foxx's new girlfriend is said to work at the restaurant Sur as a server. The restaurant itself is famous for being at the center of Bravo's Vanderpump Rules. But Dana Caprio is more than your average server.

Caprio is a fitness model, singed by Wilhelmina Models in the Big Apple, and a studio coordinator for a boxing studio.

It's reported that Foxx's first notice of Caprio was in his Instagram feed when she posted a photo showing her and her friends on their way to a Holloween party that Foxx was performing at.

Although Foxx and Holmes were good at keeping their relationship private, they weren't perfect. According to Daily Beast, the couple split up due to a Memorial Day incident before the pair was set to meet up in Montauk. Who's fault was it? Well, according to conflicting reports, no one knows.

A pro-Foxx source reported:

"Katie called two hours before he was supposed to get on a plane from LA to NYC and canceled. He was really upset."

A pro-Holmes source says:

"Katie was supposed to go to Montauk to join Jamie, but he did something shitty at the last minute, and that was that. He canceled on his own and never got on the plane."

From what we can tell, Foxx and Vave were never officially a couple but they were definitely close. Jamie was Vave's mentor in the music business, and the two have reportedly traveled as a pair to both Disneyland and the Hamptons.

Starting in June 2019, Vave shared several photos of her and Foxx together on her Instagram, so we can see how it would be easy for the rumor to spread. From the looks of her social media, Vave is "so grateful" to Foxx for "believing" in her.
