What’s The Status Of Cole Sprouse & Lili Reinhart’s Relationship?

Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart delighted Riverdale fans when they "confirmed" their romance back in 2017.

But since then, they’ve remained hush-hush about their current relationship status. It also doesn’t help that the two haven’t really been seen together this year.

What’s up?! Are they still together or have they broken up? Fans want answers!

So, let’s take a look at what we know.

About a month after Riverdale aired, fans were quick to ship Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart because their characters were together on the show.

Fans were optimistic when the two started publicly flirting on social media. And in 2017, we received solid evidence of a romance when they attended Comic-Con.

People reported the two were holding hands and kissing through the event.

On August of that year, Reinhart posted a touching birthday tribute to Cole, with the caption:

“To the man who has showed me more beautiful places in this past year than I have ever seen in my whole life. Happy birthday, Cole. Thank you for all of the adventures and here's to many more.”

The pair were careful to never confirm or deny their relationship. But, that didn’t stop them from posting pictures of each other on social media.

At the beginning of 2018, they were even spotted vacationing together in Hawaii.

During an interview with V Magazine, Reinhart got candid on why she doesn’t discuss her relationship status.

“People are just dying to know information about if I’m in a relationship or not. I understand the interest, but it’s called a private life for a reason. And it’s not something that I owe the world. People are going to say anything and everything. They’re going to say that I love KJ, they’re gonna say that I love Cami, and they’re gonna say that I love Cole: it’s inevitable. But I’m not at a point in my life where I’m ready to openly confirm, deny, or talk about a relationship that I’m in, because I think it’s brutal to have a relationship in the spotlight where I can be scrutinized by anyone and everyone," Lili shared.

And the couple remained secretive about their relationship until they made their red carpet debut in May 2018.

A few months later, Cole shared a birthday tribute to Lili, with the caption:

"Both the birthday and the gift. My little muse, happy birthday my love."

In July 2019, there were rumors the couple had broken up. Both Lili and Cole publically squashed those rumors. Reinhart went as far as posting an image with the caption:

“BREAKING: A reliable source has confirmed that none of you know shit.”

But that was last year. And as we’re sure you know, relationship statuses change quickly in Hollywood. So, where does that leave Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart?

Honestly, things look good.

In November 2019, Lili posted a few pictures of her and Cole kissing. And although that was about four months ago, there’s no real evidence anything has changed between these two.

Even though we haven’t seen them together recently, we’re going to assume they’re still going strong.
