Carrie Underwood's muscles just keep on delivering. The 36-year-old country singer and athleisurewear designer has been making headlines galore for the March 3 release of her diet, exercise, and wellness book – "Find Your Path" is 100% dedicated to helping others achieve their goals, and it comes complete with the Fit52 app.

Promo for Carrie's new book has been going steady over on her social media, although the "Cry Pretty" singer continues to juggle her book tour with promo for her 2015-founded Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line. A new photo over on the brand's Instagram has reminded fans just why Carrie is the best brand ambassador around.

The photo showed Carrie in a relaxed and solo moment as she sat on brick steps leading up to a simple porch with outdoor furnishings. The "American Idol" winner was engrossed ina book (possibly a notepad), seen looking carefree-yet-focused as she looked downward.

The killer body was on show, though. Carrie's rock-hard biceps and defined shoulders had been accentuated via a simple ribbed tank in white. The star also sported cut-off black pants, plus Birkenstock-style sandals in a salmon shade. A quilted tote near Carrie proved a reminder that she's always got stuff to carry around – she is, after all, a busy mom of two.

Calia by Carrie had offered a brief and motivating caption using the #StayThePath hashtag that's frequently used by the brand.

"Overtime or down time? It may feel impossible, but when you give yourself permission to put yourself first, you’re better for it. #StayThePath #ChooseYou."

Fans commented.

"Is that a Calia by Carrie bag?!" one asked.

"You are beautiful, inside and out," another added.

"What a queen!" was a third comment.

Despite engagement on the clothing line's Instagram being lower than on Carrie's own, the post nonetheless clocked an impressive 20,000+ likes.

Women's Health

Carrie has bravely opened up about a period of starvation that saw her struggle back in 2005 as she won "American Idol." Speaking to Women's Health, the singer confessed that she'd been affected by an online message board comment.

"Carrie's getting fat," it read.

Carrie began to log her calories, read food labels, and clock time on the elliptical, dropping her intake to just 800 calories per day.

“I shouldn’t care what other people think about me. I was tired, and I kept buying bigger clothes. I knew I could be better for myself, and I let my haters be my motivators," she told the magazine.

Carrie then shifted to how she nourishes her muscle machine of a body in the present day. The star kicks off her day with a pre-workout breakfast of tofu or egg-white scramble with Ezekiel toast, berries, and coffee. Meals include Tofurky sandwiches with veggies, with Carrie also being a fan of vegan chicken stir-fries. Her snacks include smoothies or protein bars.

Carrie is currently traveling the U.S. on her "Find Your Path" book tour, having already appeared on The Today Show.
