During a recent appearance on “Ellen,” Kris Jenner claimed that her daughter Kendall Jenner could very well be the next sister to welcome a child in the Kar-Jenner family.
It’s no secret that the supermodel recently reconciled with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Ben Simmons, and though things are said to be going great with their relationship, Kendall doesn’t actually have any plans to settle down just yet.
According to Hollywood Life, when the 24-year-old heard about the comments Kris made on Ellen Degeneres’ talk show, Kendall deemed it to be nothing more than a joke from the momager.
“Kris was totally joking when she said on Ellen that Kendall could be the next sister to be pregnant and Kendall knew that,” a source told the news publication.
An insider further mentioned that Kendall isn’t even thinking about motherhood right now.
“She kind of had an ‘Oh mom’ moment in her head but she knew she was just joking and having fun with Ellen. It’s not even on Kendall’s radar to become a mom at this time. She’s so career-focused.”
Given how much Kendall is working with her busy modeling career, she wouldn’t even have the time to consider settling down right now, and that’s okay because she loves to work.
Unlike Kylie Jenner, who recently revealed plans to have more babies in the near future, Kendall has been flying from Milan to London and Paris, where she’d been booked for several modeling campaigns before closing Versace’s fashion show in Milan last month.
And after a busy week in Europe, Kendall jetted back to the US where she was reunited with Ben, who recently suffered a lower back injury from a basketball game against the Milwaukee Bucks.
It’s believed that the TV personality has been helping Simmons make a speedy recovery during his time away from the NBA, but it’s also given the couple a chance to spend quality time together now that Kendall is back in the country.
And while she has no plans to start a family anytime soon, Kendall is definitely intrigued to see where things will go with Simmons given that they’re no strangers to calling it quits in the past.
Since reconciling in December, however, sources say that Jenner and Simmons share a closer bond than ever before. When their pair split last summer, it was claimed that they couldn’t work out a way to find time for each other due to their hectic schedules, but things are said to be relatively easier now.
Since Ben resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Kendall is said to be splitting her time between Los Angeles and New York so that she can be closer to the athlete, who she has been aiding following his recent injury.
“Kendall is glad to be back in the states so she can check in on Ben and be there for him in any way she can. She’s confident he’s going to be just fine but wants to be there for him in any way she can.”
“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” returns with season 18 on the E! network in March.
