Mackenzie McKee is earning her cash like the rest of them. The "Teen Mom OG" star's profile might be on the up on account of her 2019 return to the MTV franchise, but Mackenzie has three mouths to feed – and that's minus her own and husband Josh McKee.
Mackenzie has updated her Instagram to promote a weight-loss product. Given the number of followers Mackenzie has, it's fair to assume she's getting decently paid – in fact, handy tools are available to estimate the potential earnings from an Instagram account purely based on the number of followers it has.

Mackenzie's video showed her speaking into the camera and looking cute in a pale pink top, also wearing her long blonde hair down. The Oklahoma native was holding up a box of BoomBod weight-loss shots, explaining that they were super-easy to use – the 7-day BoomBod weight-loss shot drink cleanse was explained as having your "morning, afternoon motivator, and then your nighttime rejuvenator."
"These shots contain absolutely zero laxatives, and are super helpful at taming my cravings so even if I have a slow day, I can still feel confident in my progress. Routine need a little something-something? Try this program! BOGO Free right now?," Mackenzie added in her caption.
Mackenzie was also seen downing the product mixed with water.
Influencer Marketing Hub
Influencer Marketing Hub is a useful, although not 100% accurate, tool that churns out estimated earnings per Instagram post.
As you can see, Mackenzie has 896,000 Instagram followers, with a fanbase that has been rising since her 2019 appearances on "Teen Mom OG." The tool estimates that Mackenzie earned anywhere between $2,673 and $4,455 for her post. The star abided by Instagram's required #ad – in fact, she opened with it, writing:
"#ad sometimes motivation can be hard to find, and that’s when I bring @boombod back into the mix? pretty sure everyone knows I like giving 110% in the gym, BUTTTTTT it doesn’t always turn out that way."

Over at Vox, experts have been weighing in on what some social media influencers can earn. Headlines have already been made for 2019's highest-paid female Instagram face – supermodel Kendall Jenner raked in $15.9 million from her Instagram ads alone last year.
"Influencers with up to 1 million followers can get $10,000 [per post], depending on the platform, and 1 million followers and up, you’re getting into territory where they can charge $100,000. Some can even get $250,000 for a post! Especially if the content is on Youtube and the influencer is in the gaming industry.”
Khloe Kardashian/Twitter
Weight loss promos continue to prove controversial. 2019 saw Khloe Kardashian appearing to be forced to delete her Flat Tummy Co. promo after immense social media backlash – the 35-year-old has, however, continued to promote the company.
"Teen Mom" stars, meanwhile, aren't off the hook either. "Teen Mom 2" star Leah Messer had fans unfollowing her following her Flat Tummy App promo. Ex-franchise member Jenelle Evans also recently promoted a muscle-stimulating fitness device.
Mackenzie seems to be a great pick for a weight-loss brand. She's a fitness model, trainer, and runner, also being CEO of her Body By Mac workout company.
