Aviva Drescher, 49, appeared on "The Real Housewives of New York" for seasons 5 and 6, most famously ending her run by throwing her fake leg across the room at a party.
While she has since been busy raising the four children she and her husband, Reid, share, she would be cool with making a return to "RHONY."
"If they needed somebody and I worked in the mix, I would go back,” she told Page Six in 2018.
Kelly Bensimon, could also be interested, especially after her nemesis, Bethenny Frankel, has left the show.

"Never say never," the author told Hollywood Life in an interview last month.
Bensimon appeared on the series during seasons 2 through 4, and made "RHONY" history with her role on "Scary Island," a trip to the Virgin Islands that was meant to celebrate Ramona Singer's vow renewal but instead included Bensimon's departure and Jill Zarin's unwanted arrival.
Zarin, who is reportedly interested in making a "RHONY" return, was fired after season 4, but has made brief appearances since.
She lost her husband of 19 years, Bobby, in 2018.

Cindy Barshop was only part of the "RHONY" family for season 4, but she has since helped raise awareness for transgender youth by announcing that her son, Jesse, 9, was transgender.
She said that "nothing's really changed" in the Barshop household, although she herself had an idea years before her child did that he was transgender.
"You notice very young, it's very young," Barshop said. "The other parents I’ve spoken to, we’re talking at 2. Even the movements that they make. At 3, 3 1/2, I was 100 percent sure."

While Kristen Taekman, 42, with "RHONY" for seasons 6 and 7, and found out during season 7 that her husband, Josh, was one of the people caught on the extramarital website Ashley Madison after the website was hacked, could have left her husband as well as the show, she only left "RHONY."
Instead, she chose to stay with Josh to raise their two children.
Her husband publicly denied being unfaithful.
"I deeply apologized for any embarrassment or pain I have brought to my wife and family," he told People in an August 2015 statement. "We both look forward to moving past this and getting on with our lives."

Jules Wainstein has been locked in a public divorce battle with her husband Michael since 2016.
Earlier this year, things turned physical, and Jules, 39, was arrested on battery charges after an altercation with her ex in a parking lot.
“This is a serious situation reflecting Ms. Wainstein's increasingly reckless behavior," Michael's lawyer, Morghan Richardson, told Fox News at the time of Jules' arrest. "Michael is exploring all of his legal options at this time and a protective order was issued."
Jules Weinstein has moved to Florida to live with her parents until the divorce is finalized. Her father recently passed away.
