Dr. Pimple Popper -- Watch Her Squeeze Massive Cyst Aiming Right At Her Face!

Dr. Pimple Popper is trying to answer a very complicated question -- if having a giant cyst on your head makes the hair curly...well, that' ok, except when the massive cyst is aimed right towards you face while you are squeezing it!!
"The mystery of the curly hairs! Is it the pilar cyst causing them? Let's find out," Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the video.
Like we said before, you have to see this video, the good doctor is attempting to figure out what the cyst does to someone's head while she is about the blast it all over the place.
As you can imagine...it eventually comes pouring out...you have to see this!
In the clip, you will see the doctor decides to slice open the top of this cyst, and then use the ol' squeeze method to get it out! The only issue is, she wants it to stay whole and it has other plans!
At first, the thing looks like a nice round ball that is going to come out easily, but, then it starts to squirt and it is great!
"That looked like a tough pop, I enjoyed it probably more than I should have," one fan posted.

The doctor reaches for several tools during this pop session after she realizes she has to cut the sac out while still holding on the growth.
"I thought you were using chop sticks at first ?, I love Pilar cysts," one fan said.

We LOVE when Dr. Pimple Popper takes on the ones that are so big it's hard to even watch...and this is one of those babies!
This cyst is so gnarly, that when Dr. Lee slices open the top of it, immediately you can see the grey mess that is about to fly out of it...it's awesome!
"It looks like a baby crowning," a fan wrote after seeing it start to push out!
In the clip, the good doctor says it right away, "it looks like you have some wet newspaper hiding in there!" -- That is exactly what it looks like!
"Looks like ground up wet cardboard and it looks like mud," a few other fans pointed out.
"Holy ground beef! This one actually made me a little nauseous!" another person added.
This thing is so massive, the wet newspaper gunk fills up her entire hand as she squeezes. "I always zoom in so I can see closer! ? I want to come work in a dermatology office just to squeeze all of the lumps, bumps, and lipomas!!!" one fan posted.
So why does it look like a wet newspaper, "Are there any factors that contribute to the color and/or consistency of the contents of these pops?" We don't know...let's just watch it blast!
