Styles says he was surrounded by a group of men who also tried to unlock and take his phone. Fortunately, Styles was able to sprint away to a nearby market. He was not injured, but the assailants did get away with some cash. In spite of going through such a scary ordeal, Styles has assured the public that he is doing okay.
Styles also quashed rumors that he was planning to collaborate with Adele in the near future. The two singers were spotted on vacation together, but Styles says the two are just good friends. Styles talked about how common these rumors are anytime he hangs out with a fellow musician.
On the topic of music, Styles also addressed Zayn Malik leaving their band, One Direction. He is largely compassionate about Malik’s departure and says that he cannot condemn his leaving the band to pursue a solo career.
Styles also discussed his romantic life. He told the radio show host that he likes to keep dating “normal,” but also feels the need to keep it protected.
