Dr. Pimple Popper -- Watch Her Cut Out A Massive Growth Right On Top Of A Eyelid!!

Dr. Pimple Popper is sharing with us a bit of a change of pace when it comes to pimple popping and she is letting us in on another skin aliment which she is forced to cut out and remove from the scariest location on someone's body.
"Starting the week off with something different! ? Here’s a xanthelasma removal!" Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the video.
In the clip, you see how crazy this situation really is...the patient has a mass that has grown right on his eyelid and the doctor is about to CUT it out!
Before you see it sliced and diced out of his face -- what is a xanthelasma you ask?!
According to WebMD, Xanthelasma is a sharply demarcated yellowish deposit of cholesterol underneath the skin. It usually occurs on or around the eyelids. While they are neither harmful to the skin nor painful, these minor growths may be disfiguring and can be removed."
It's Cholesterol .. "I just googled it haha, I can now see why it doesn't squeeze out," one fan posted.
This video is nuts, Dr. Lee slices two place which appears to be in the shape of the patient's eye, so she can completely remove it from the area. This will NOT pop if you squeeze it...so she has to pull it out!

As you can see, once it's over the doctor completely removes the entire thing from his eye...you have to see this video!
"Wow, now that’s impressive!!! Thank the Lord for your skills. To me, the eyelid skin seems like it would be so thin, I’d be afraid I’d knick the eyeball or some much-needed nerve with the scalpel," one fan said.

Dr. Pimple Popper knows exactly what to do with a massive cyst like this one...slice and dice and then squeeze it! -- That is exactly what she does here...but it's the amount that comes out that's the most impressive!

Take a look at this bad boy, the good doctor does her thing by cutting a line above the growth...then using two hands she squeeze this thing and it comes out blasting!
