Carrie Underwood's rock-hard body was off the hook this weekend – post-baby curves may be all the rage, but with 36-year-old Carrie, it's more a post-baby muscle story. The "Cry Pretty" singer welcomed second son Jacob in January 2019. She's also set to welcome a new chapter of her life – quite literally – with the March 3 release of her new lifestyle and wellness book, plus the accompanying Fit52 app dropping one day before on March 2.
Carrie updated her Instagram with a mind-blowing workout mashup this weekend – this was no gentle yoga session.

Carrie's video showed her life from all aspects. It opened with the country singer washing dishes in the sink (strong arms, check), moving onto a brief scene showing her collecting up toys on the floor.
The footage then moved onto the blonde's staggeringly-powerful workout body, although a brief stop was made to acknowledge her singer-songwriter status – Carrie was seen with a guitar as she stated that alongside being a mother, she is a singer-songwriter.
"Choosing to put myself first sometimes feels impossible. I am amother, wife, singer, songwriter, but I'm also me," the star stated.

The video further showed Carrie admitting that when it comes to putting herself first, she feels "guilty when I do, guilty when I don't." Ultimately, though, the star knew that it's something she needs to do.
Carrie was then seen energetically spinning on an indoor bike, stretching her sensational body in tight pink leggings with a matching sports bra, plus busting out one heck of a kick-boxing session as she wore a loose top paired with tiny shorts.
Snippets also showed Carrie with dumbbell weights, plus the blonde delivering powerful jumps outdoors and skipping with a rope.

Carrie took to her caption to explain more.
"Life can be demanding at times. Now is the time to #ChooseYou! #StayThePath @CALIAbyCarrie," she wrote.
Stay The Path is the hashtag used by Carrie's clothing line. #StayThePath accompanies many of the promotional posts for the popular range. More recently, however, #Fit52 has been used by Carrie as she gears up for her new app dropping. Her book, "Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the fit52 Life" has already proven much-anticipated over on her social media.

Carrie's post more than brought in the fans. Alongside the 200,000+ views it clocked in under a day, the video generated a massive response over in the comments section.
"I think the world needs a Carrie Underwood fitness video series," one user wrote.
"I don't know how you find the time!" another said.
"So proud of you...Carrie!" a third added.
Carrie recently opened up to In Style about her workouts. The star confessed to getting bored easily with her training – variety is key for Carrie – with the feature also seeing Carrie state that she loves building up muscle in the winter so she can show it off in summer.
