Tory Lanez Denies Assaulting August Alsina In Dramatic IG Post

Tory Lanez is being investigated by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office after August Alsina claims he was assaulted by the singer.

On Sept. 17, Alsina posted an extremely dramatic photo on his IG. He was bloodied and bruised holding himself up against a mirrored wall in an elevator. He accompanied the photo with a lengthy post.

“As I’m exiting the building after the show last night, A 4’11 sized leprechaun ran down on me w/ 8 oversized security nigxas, whom I greeted each individually upon their walk up as they tried to press me,” he writes.

Alsina said he was by himself essentially with only one person for security with him. He goes on to name Tory as the person who brutally attacked him.

The two apparently had some residual beef. “Tory continues to ask w/ a broken ego why I didn’t dap him up, I go on to tell him.. I was a fan of him and didn’t understand him speaking on my business publicly In the past, because I don’t know him or ever met him until last night.”

Alsina is referring to his “entanglement” with Jada Pinkett Smith that caused a stir. “When he spoke it caught me off guard because of his past actions, i assumed he didn’t like me, that’s all.”

Alsina insists that he never intended to offend Tory to the point of hatred he was just following the rules of his doctor.

To the shock of his fans, the singer shared that he was recently paralyzed and this was the reason why he wasn’t “dabbing” people up much. “With my history of health & condition just recently overcoming being paralyzed, my doctor directed me not to compromise my health while out on road and shake as less hands as possible due to corona, & monkeypox,” he states.

He went on to share that their entire exchange was as friendly as it can get, with no negative talk and no funky side eyes. “Never any disrespectful words were exchanged, so i was a bit confused at how somehow he turnt him self up w/ anger.”

Alsina claimed that Tory had just hit a blunt that was “laced with cocaine” noting that he “heard the fizzle”

“He snuck me when I turned my head to move to the side amongst all his antsy moving and to keep an eye on the endless niggas that was w/ him surrounding me.” The people surrounding Alsina were some of Tory’s security and entourage.“There was never a “fight”! Simply an Assault,” insisted Alsina.

“Dude has no real friends and is on a crash out mission. With that said, I was gone keep it G & not come to the net, but you moving with foul intent feeding falsities to blogs to look for a “moment” cus them moments ain’t happening on stage for u.”

Alsina shared that Tory’s people got everything on camera, “PUT. THE. FOOTAGE. OUT!!” He insisted.

Since the incident has taken place, Tory has insisted through an IG Story that he was in the studio all night and nowhere near Alsina.

“We are aware of the allegations that the defendant attacked artist August Alsina and are investigating these claims,” they said in a statement to Pitchfork. “The allegations are serious and will be thoroughly examined.”
