'RHOA' Star Kenya Moore Says 'Standstill' Divorce Not Keeping Her From Dating

Kenya Moore is not letting anything hold her back!
Fans of the hit show "Real Housewives of Atlanta" know of her as a bright and vibrant chick, popularly described as a mix of beauty and brains. Despite her stalling divorce, it is open season on the streets, and the reality TV star is not shy to let everyone available know that.
Kenya Moore Is Open To Meeting Someone New
The reality star is down, open, and ready to mingle. She said as much on the second part of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" reunion with Andy Cohen, per PEOPLE. "I'm definitely doing some group dating and have people pursuing me, but nothing serious yet," she said while adding that she has also been going out on double dates with friends.
The former Miss USA also said that she is feeling much lighter these days, explaining that her business is doing better than before. She then credited her new energy and persona as the reason people are seriously trying to connect her with their single male friends. Moore noted that men are trying to reach out to her as well, and it is clear that she is feeling it.
Fans will recall that the 51-year-old filed for divorce from her husband of four years, Marc Daly, in 2021; however, it has been a back-and-forth game to reaching a divorce settlement. In another part of the reunion show, Moore, who shares daughter Brooklyn with Daly, spoke about her divorce, describing the process as "a standstill." In her words:
"The holdup to divorce doesn't come down to alimony or child support. He's not asking for anything at this point. It's just at a standstill. So until we get a trial date or settle, it's still going to go on."
The pair tied the knot in 2017 and filed for divorce for the first time after barely a year together in 2019. The estranged couple briefly got back together in 2020 until the restaurant owner [Daly] confirmed that they had split a year after again in 2021.

The "Waiting To Exhale" actress is not scared of being straightforward with her thoughts and opinions; this has been the source of the drama-filled content of the series. Nevertheless, The Blast shared that the 51-year-old hopes to start afresh on a blank slate with everyone.
As the new season of "RHOA" approached, it seemed like followers of the series were about to witness a brand new persona from Moore. The model who joined the franchise in season five became a popular member of the cast due to her memorable feuds with some of the OG members like Nene Leakes, Phaedra Parks, Porsha Williams, and Drew Sidora.
The former "Miss Michigan" wants out of the villain role and is prepared to wave the white flag of peace to her fellow cast members. In an interview with ET, the "Senseless" actress claimed that being a villain is actually not her true nature and only went along with playing the bad guy role after being thrust into it unfairly.
She added that she is tired of playing mean and, moving forward, will be her most authentic self, choosing to concentrate on being the hair care owner she has always been. She assured viewers that the upcoming series was fantastic and to prepare for a surprise.
The mother-of-one declared that she would be handing over the mean baton to someone else while standing up for herself with dignity and grace, "It's funny because I think I got pegged for this villаin role, аnd now it's like, girl, just hаnd thаt bаton over to someone else."
Adding that this new season would be her reclaiming who she used to be before her divorce and the issues she went through. "I think whаt I'm trying to figure out in my own life. This seаson is just getting bаck to who I was before. It's аll in good fun, аnd I'm tаking bаck my power," she said.
