Chrissy Teigen shared a video of herself painting her daughter’s toenails on social media not thinking anything could come from such an inicent occurence. But the internet found an opportunity to make readers feel a little uneasy, after one Twitter user brought up the fact that some people may have certain feelings towards feet.
The comment struck a chord with Teigen, who fired back at the Twitter commenter for saying such a strange thing on a video of a little girl.
“So many pervs o the internet I wouldn’t post my daughter’s feet like that,” the random Twitter user commented, according to The Daily Dot
Teigen was quick to respond in a retweet by simply stating “good so don’t.” She then followed up in a reply to her own retweet, saying “it’s not a clap back. It’s not a comeback. It’s not a drag. it’s not a story. just tired of u, thanks.”
Teigen is well known for talking back to trolls and weird commenters on social media and it’s made her accounts as something to be enjoyed by many.

Pop Culture pointed out that other users came to the defense of Teigen, saying: “yikes being a parent online is insane mostly because people like this always have SOMETHING to say like WHY and also WHAT.”
To which, Chrissy responded: “honestly I’m really tired in general. I can’t say anything. Anything. so I don’t. I don’t say anything like I used to. and yet even those random moments when I do…this.”
More than anything, Teigen gets a lot of comments from people who are talking about her children, whether they’re talking about her parenting or something else.

The original commenter defended herself by saying that she is someone who speaks up about sexual harrassment and abuse (requesting Teigen to fact check this) was only drawing attention to the issue at hand, which many Twitter users weren’t accepting.
This is something that Teigen recently opened up about on Today, saying: “It’s pretty much everything. Any time I post a picture of them holding ribs or eating sausage, I get a lot of criticism. Vegans and vegetarians are mad and feel that we’re forcing meat upon them at a young age. They freak out.”
wow I’m an activist speaking up about sexual harassment and abuse (feel free to fact check) I’m the exact opposite of a perv, wowww https://t.co/XbAMhI8yPP

“If they get a glimpse of the car seat there is a lot of buckle talk. Maybe for one half of a second, the strap slipped down,” Teigen told the publication. “And TV is another big one. We have TV on a lot in my house. John and I work on television; we love watching television.”
Teigen may never be able to escape the onslaught of strange or judgemental comments online, but she’ll always have something to say in return.
