Teddi Mellencamp's Husband Edwin Arroyave Says Third Daughter Is His 'Biggest Blessing'

Edwin Arroyave, husband of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp, is truly a blessed man.

On Thursday, February 27, just two days after he and his wife welcomed a new baby girl, Dove Arroyave Mellencamp, into their family, Arroyave took to his Instagram page where he opened up about the incredible blessings he's received since fully committing himself to living out his life for God and trusting Him with not only his family, but also his finances.

Arroyave began his post by sharing a Malachi 3:10 with his fans and followers.

"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse so that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, says the Lord almighty, and see if I will not throw open the flood gates of heaven and pour so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it," the passage read.

According to Arroyave, he decided in November 2018 that he was going to give back to the Lord for all of the blessings he had sent his way.

While Arroyave said that he was always inspired to give back, he used to do so largely because he had an abundance of income. Then, in 2018, after going through a rough 2017 , he gave a larger amount than he ever had before.

"This time I gave out of the nothing—meaning I finally said, 'God apart from you I can do nothing. Even though this might put me in financial hardship, it’s for a bigger cause and I'm going to step out in faith and trust You with this,'" he recalled.

Up until that point, Arroyave explained, he was serving not one, but two masters: money and God.

"In 2019, I experienced my biggest year in my career; my wife and I, for the first time, were able to conceive naturally without IVF; I finally began living 'inside out' vs. 'outside in,’" Arroyave revealed.

Arroyave went on to say that he's been blessed both professionally and personally in the past year.

"But even with all that, my biggest blessing has been my beautiful daughter and finally feeling what I have been searching for my entire life—love , peace, and joy," he explained.

After welcoming daughter Dove, whose name is likely a nod to their faith, earlier this week, Mellencamp and Edwin are a party of five.

As fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills may know, Arroyave has an older daughter, Isabella, who he shares with an ex, and with Mellencamp, he is dad to middle daughter Slate and son Cruz.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year but a premiere date has not yet been set.
