Fitness influencer Jen Selter is keeping her 13.4 million Instagram followers busy with her latest posting spree.
In another recent post on Monday night, the 29-year-old fitness model shared another workout with her followers in a cherry red workout set to give them some Monday motivation and share a little bit about her background in fitness and explain why she started her popular Instagram account to begin with.

In her latest Instagram post, the 29-year-old model shared another workout video for her followers to enjoy, with an emphasis on the core.
In the video, set to One Republic’s hit song, “I Ain’t Worried,” Jen grabs a medicine ball and does toe touches with it before she puts it on her feet and does crunches. She then taps the ball while in a bear crawl position before doing Russian twist ab exercises. She then moves on to putting the ball right in front of her feet, extending her legs on either side.
She then puts her hands on the ball for some plank jacks before leaning back on her hands and kicking out on either side of the ball. Jen then puts her hands on the ball again to do slow mountain climbers before she holds the ball up in both hands and raises each leg straight out in front of her. At the end of the video, she gives her fans a mirror selfie as she strikes a pose, tugging down the bottom of her seamless red leggings to give her followers a peek at her chiseled core.
In the caption, Jen revealed why she started her Instagram account, and it wasn’t to show off her fit physique!

Everyone has to start somewhere on their fitness journey, and it’s helpful to see that Jen was just a beginner at one stage too.
“When I first started my Instagram page years ago, it was for the sole purpose of motivating myself,” she explained. “I was completely lost when it came to health and fitness and I didn’t know where to go for help. Posting each day was my way of motivating myself and something to keep me accountable, and a way for me to interact with others on their own journey.”
“It also allowed me a way to continually find new health + fitness related topics to research and learn more about, literally on a daily basis,” she continued. “I’m not a model, I’m not a professional athlete or competitor. I’m just a regular person who started sharing her journey and didn’t give up or listen to any of the haters who were doubting me. I’m telling you this so you know you can do it too and to never give up!”
“I’m excited to still all be on this journey together and you know I love hearing from you guys,” she added, ending her post with the caption #MondayMotivation.

Many fans showered the post with heart-eye and fire emojis to show some love for her inspirational message. “Very inspiring to read this,” one fan commented, to which Jen replied, “Thanks for reading!!”

Jen Has A Delicious Smoothie Recipe To Share With Her Hungry Followers!
In her latest Instagram recipe post, the New York native taught her followers how to make a delicious and healthy smoothie. Although her bikini snaps still scream summer, it looks like Jen is preparing for the fall with this healthy autumn recipe.
“Drinking this #HEALTHY 🎃 #seltersmoothie on repeat all fall 🍂,” she wrote in the caption. Although she breaks down how to do it in her video, the recipe just requires throwing several ingredients in a blender and mixing it all up.
To make this delicious fall smoothie, Jen used ¾ cup unsweetened cashew milk (although any milk we do), 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, one frozen banana, ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
Plenty of fans loved the recipe, but many more fans commented on her dog, Gram, and her cute pink outfit as they showered the post with compliments of “amazing,” “so pretty,” and “yummy.”
