Actress and model Cara Delevingne, 30, has struggled with mental health issues and substance abuse, but now, it seems the "Suicide Squad" actress has hit a new low.

Friends of Delevingne are now coming forward saying the 30-year-old model and actress desperately needs to go to rehab and therapy before it's too late.

It seems Cara Delevingne's mental health is decreasing as friends of the actress are coming forward, saying she is struggling with issues that go beyond substance abuse.

Sources close to Delevingne told TMZ that Margot's emotions came out that day for good reason. Apparently, the "Paper Towns" actress has been struggling for a while now, initially with mental health issues, but now those close to her believe she needs rehab and therapy too as it seems her substance abuse has spiraled out of control.

Robbie visited Delevingne the same day she was supposed to be at her own New York Fashion Week, however, she never made it to New York City.

Other Close Friends Are Now Worried About Cara Delevingne's Life

TMZ was told Margot Robbie, as well as other close friends, are advocating for the 30-year-old actress and model to immediately get help, specifically into a rehab treatment program that includes both mental therapy and substance abuse treatment so that she can get her life back on track.

Delevingne's inner circle of friends and family are said to be trying to convince her to get help, including Delevingne's older sister Poppy, 36, who has been spotted in and out of her Los Angeles home on several occasions.

TMZ has sources who say Delevingne is not opposed to getting serious treatment, however, she is avoiding it and "Dragging her feet."Sources say her struggles are getting worse.

In August, Delevingne and Robbie went on vacation together along with some of friends to celebrate Delevingne's 30th birthday. The group traveled to Spain, but once they got back, it seems things have spiraled for the actress.

Reports have come in saying Delevingne's appeared increasingly erratic in public, swinging her arms and pacing around while on the phone. She was also seen flinging her hands and head backward multiple times, as though she was on some type of drug.

Other reports say the model was seen "dropping an unknown liquid from a pipette into her mouth and apparently 'zoning out'."

And last week, TMZ reported she looked "totally disheveled and seemed confused after initially boarding one of Jay-Z's private jets in Los Angeles". Apparently, the flight never left, and she got off the flight 45 minutes later.

In a recent interview with Stylist Magazine, Delevingne said she is shocked she is alive.

“Honestly, I didn't think I'd be alive at this age," the actress said. "I literally couldn't wait to turn 30, because the 20s are f***ing hard.

She continued, “You're basically still a teenager — but you're meant to be an adult and everyone's telling you this is the best time of your life.”
