Earlier this week, Vanessa Bryant celebrated the lives of her husband Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna Bryant through a celebration of life memorial held Monday (Feb. 24) in Los Angeles at the Staples Center. Those who knew and loved Kobe and Gianna shared the room with Vanessa to honor his life and his legacy, share his impact, and shed tears in memory of beautiful souls who were tragically lost this past January.
During the delivery of the eulogies, Vanessa's speech in particular, brought everyone in the room to tears. Someone else moved by the now-famous speech? R&B singer Ciara.

The 34-year-old wife and mother-of-two showed her empathy towards Vanessa and her losses on Twitter. The tweet, which also included a photo of Vanessa posing with all of her late husband's championship rings on her hand, featured kind words of love and support.
The tweet read, "You are the true definition of a Woman. I admire your strength, grace, and resilience. Truly so proud of you. I know God is proud. Kobe and Gi Gi are smiling down on you. We love you and the girls [Vanessa Bryant]. Heaven is Rejoicing Today."

Ciara ended the tweet with Gigi and Kobe's jersey numbers, which were #2 and #24 respectively. Since posting the loving message, Ciara has opened a floodgate of support towards Vanessa and what she must be going through as a mother and a wife that has lost both her rib and her baby in one fell swoop.
One user replied, "When they announced her I immediately started crying. Then for her to speak on Gianna and Kobe without totally breaking down. Nothing but the grace of God."
Another user commented, "She was the perfect example of class and grace. The fact that Vanessa had the strength in herself to make us feel better is astonishing. God bless her and her beautiful girls."
"Women are some of the most resilient creatures. We bring forth life and carry the load when it is taken away. She surely cried aloud internally but she also had a job to do and other children watching so she suffered in silence for the greater good of the family. That is woman," shared another commenter.

This isn't the first time the "Level Up" singer showed her support towards Vanessa during her difficult time of healing. The expecting mom took to Twitter to post a photo showing off a mani set that paid homage to the souls the world lost too soon: Kobe and daughter Gianna.
In their honor, Ciara had the names "Kobe" and "GiGi" spelled out on the back of her nails glittering in gold. "Rest In Paradise Angels," she captioned the photo, hashtagging it #KobeGiGi.

Kobe and Gianna Bryant lost their lives among seven others in a tragic helicopter crash that happened on Jan. 26 en route to a basketball tournament. Kobe was 41 years old, while Gianna "GiGi" was 14. The surviving members of their immediate family are Vanessa, and three daughters/siblings, Natalia (17), Bianka (3), and Capri (8 months).
Ciara recently announced that she and husband Russell Wilson are expecting their third child and the couple's second child altogether. In 2014, Ciara welcomed her first child, Future Zahir, with former partner rapper Future. And in 2017, she and Wilson had their first child together, daughter Sienna.
