The woman lights up fires as she breaks down the hardest exercises. Berry's Instagram announced the release of a new clothing design, rē•spin earlier this month. Fans have been drooling over her gear and equipment. She sneaks an inside look at how to commit to an amazing sculpted shape.

The New Year has been an exciting one for Berry already. Amazing feature after feature of gorgeous poses with captivating taglines. Berry's cute outfits and rock hard body keeps workout-fans coming back. The news that Halle Berry teamed up with trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, to introduce a fitness collection and ab workout tips has fans running out to the nearest outlets. Her dedication to working out is contagious. Her gear makes working out sexy and comfortable.

The rē•spin line includes revamped equipment for optimizing workouts. The product line features an abs wheel with one key twist. Berry's trainer, Thomas, tells us of the added stability that comes with two side-by-side wheels, "A lot of [abs wheels] come with just one, it's really thin, it's difficult for people to stabilize that," he said. "So this is a lot safer on your wrists and you're going to really just put the [core] muscles down here to work."

Working the core muscles is a must for Berry. Many of her workout routine include ab-blasters. Berry works hard to keep her tiny waist together. Berry targets the tone Retailers such as Tjmaxx, Ross, Marshalls, or Burlington all over the U.S. will be carrying Berry's new line. The collection also features ankle weights, waist trainers, and a compression vest. One exercised featured on Halle's Instagram is the “Spine & Scapular Waves,” which required getting on all fours and wiggling your back.

Another great key is the “Kneeling Quad Wall Stretch,” which requires kneeling in front of a wall with your back foot pointed & flat facing towards the wall. Berry walked fans through the workout, "lean forward, front knee bending & front foot on the floor."
