Williams actively participated in this year's New York Fashion Week as an honored guest and designer. For the latter, the tennis legend showcased her apparel brand, S by Serena. The presentation occurred at the fashion show's Glam Slam segment, a collaborative project between International Management Group (IMG,) Spring Studios, and Chase Sapphire.

For the event, the Olympic gold medalist followed a tennis-meets-fashion theme featuring a rooftop runway. Models rocking Williams' Fall collection strutted down a blue-tiled tennis court on top of New York City's Spring Studios. The highlights of this spectacular show were shared by the brand's founder on Monday, September 12. The 40-year-old uploaded a video montage alongside a special shoutout to everyone involved in the function.

In the clip's opening scenes, fans enjoyed the behind-the-scenes footage of the S by Serena presentation. Additionally, the athlete allowed attendees to shop from the displayed catalog, which included pieces from her accessories line, Serena Williams Jewelry.

As a proud designer, the former top world ranker donned a stunning number from her clothing brand called the Tatum dress. Designed in an eye-catching mocha color, the bodycon consisted of a ruched one-shoulder fit with a waist tie. Throughout her fall collection, the clothing followed the founder's love for ruching, intricate cutouts, bold colors, one-shoulder designs, criss-cross patterns, and soft stretch fabric that sensually accentuated the body's silhouette.

In Williams' case, the Tatum dress stuck to her body like glue, emphasizing the athlete's killer figure without restricting her movement. The ESPY Award winner's massive backside could not be missed as she sashayed in matching mocha heels. Surprisingly, the most notable person in the footage was not the tennis player or her models. Although she showed up towards the clip's end, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. stole the show with her cuteness.

The daughter of Williams and internet entrepreneur Alexis Ohanian attended her mother's show in a casual ensemble. The five-year-old rocked a top from S by Serena with jeans and sneakers. The little girl's cuteness was elevated with several white beads on her braided hair. The clip captured Olympia running across the court, sitting on her mother's lap, and joining the 40-year-old in leading the models offstage.

In the post's caption, the WTA champion thanked the show's organizers for a fantastic event, which fans would see more of later. This also applied to her interview with Harper's Bazaar's Digital Director, Nikki Ogunnaike. Following this announcement, Williams credited her makeup artist, hair, and nail stylists, as well as the videographer and producers of the song used in the footage.

During the Glam Slam fashion show, Williams discussed her clothing brand with Ogunnaike in front of a sizable crowd on the tennis-themed rooftop. Julia Elbaba, a fellow tennis player, uploaded a snippet of this conversation on Twitter. In this clip, the mother-of-one reflected on her daughter's contributions to her collection.

Reminiscing about their adorable encounters, the Teen Choice Award winner revealed that she frequently asked for her daughter's input while designing her clothes. "Sometimes I'll say, 'Which color do you like better? Which dress do you like better?' and she'll say, 'That one!'" Williams explained. "I'm not sure if she's just pointing at one to play games after that or if she's serious."

The proud mother continued that having Olympia narrow down the selections made her decision-making process more manageable. As the 40-year-old gushed about her daughter, the little girl shyly covered her face. At one point, the five-year-old, who sat on her aunt Isha Williams' lap, turned away from her mother to hide her face in embarrassment.
