Hayley Williams Reveals The Future Of Paramore

When Hayley Williams released solo music it had Paramore fans both excited and terrified. On the one had we get to hear new music from a lyricist genius with a voice so phenomenal that no one can compare. However, it also left many curious if Hayley's new solo album meant the band was finished with their combine musical interest and were perusing individual endeavors.

Thankfully those of you that were concerned can now breath a sigh of relief. Hayley Williams has confirmed that the band is in good spirits and looking forward to working on another Paramore album following her solo music.

While we are all excited about the future of Paramore it is important that we understand that Hayley felt the need to put out her solo album 'Petals of Armor' . When asked by Entercom she confirmed that she would not incorporate any of the bands songs into her set list saying that "“That’s very sacred to me and that belongs at a Paramore show. And there will be more Paramore shows. Yes. Confirmed.”

I'm sure the person interviewing her was as pleased as other fans by this news!

Hayley explained "I think there’s already moments where we find ourselves fantasising about the next Paramore project and we kind of have to stop ourselves because everyone’s so busy working on shit right now,” she continued "The love of my life is Paramore. I wouldn’t really know what to do if I did something entirely without them because I don’t think there’s a bigger fan on this earth of them than me,” Hayley said about her band mates and friends Taylor York and Zac Farro.

By now the three are probably more like family than just friends or even just a band. They have grown up side by side.

Pop Punk Icon Hayley has been the lead singer of Paramore since it the bands beginning in 2004. Their most recent album being After Laughter was especially unique because, it was the album that gave way to their new sound. The music sounds happy but upon listening to the lyrics you find adult angst where teenage angst once resided. What I love about their new sound is that the songs takes two things you don't think should go together and blends them into a seamless flawless album full of songs that wont leave your head.

The songs on After Laughter show growth in both skill set and creativity. I suppose that is what has always been amazing about Paramore though; you think they can't get any better and then they up the game!

Hayley's new album Petals of Armor' is set to be released in May of 2020, however, 5 songs from the album have already been released as singles. 'Simmer' is the lead single from the upcoming album. 'Simmer' is all about William's ability to control rage. "Rage is a quiet thing/Ooh, you think that you've tamed it/But it's just lying in wait/ Rage, is it in our veins? / Feel it in my face when/When I least expect it/ Give in"

The song is intense and leaves no doubt that the rest of the songs on the album will give serious meanings all the same.
