Jen Selter Soaks Up The Sun In A Neon Yellow Bikini

Fitness influencer Jen Selter loves sharing her workout videos with her 13.4 million Instagram followers.

She also loves sharing the results of her hard work, and it looks like the social media star finally got to take a well-deserved break by sunbathing beside the pool in a bright yellow bikini.

In her latest Instagram snap, the 29-year-old model shared a snap of her sitting on a beach towel beside a pool. She's wearing a bright yellow bikini with matching bottoms as she snaps a selfie with her phone.

“The best revenge is no revenge,” Jen wrote in the caption. “Heal, move on with your life and let karma take care of it ?.”

Plenty of fans loved her caption, with one fan writing, “Correct!” and another adding, “That’s the truth.” Another follower agreed, “Well said ❤️” while another fan chimed in with “Pure wisdom❤️…and beauty????❤️” as fans showered her post with compliments.

In another Instagram video, the New York native gave her followers a healthy dose of Monday motivation by sharing a workout video set to Tiesto and Charli XCX’s “Hot In It.” In the video, she puts her booty on display by doing squats with a kettlebell in teal short shorts, matching sports bra, and even matching sneakers.

She then performs squats and lifts, lateral lunges, backward lunges, high raises, forward lunges, and mountain climbers propped up on her dumbbell. She then stretches out in a down dog position and shares a quick smooch with her pet pooch, Gram, before ending the video with a mirror selfie. She teases her followers as she tugs down one side of her shorts for the camera.

“Fall in love with the process, and the results will come! Consistency is ?,” she wrote in the caption. “I don’t know about you but I’m ready to hit the restart button and get back on track this week!! Who is with me?!”

In addition to her workout videos, the fitness trainer is also a massive foodie and loves to share her recipe videos on Instagram. In one delicious video, the social media sensation taught her followers how to make “healthy” frozen yogurt bark.

“The snack of the summer is on repeat over here! ☀️ It’s the perfect healthier sweet treat ☺️ Absolutely obsessed with this chocolate PB flavor ??,” she wrote in the caption, telling her followers that they only need one cup of yogurt, one tablespoon of maple syrup, two tablespoons of cacao powder, half of a banana, and some extra dark chocolate chips to make this recipe.

“Combine these ingredients in your @blendjet!” she explained. “Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top with pb, melted chocolate, and chocolate chips! Freeze until hardened and enjoy ?.”
