Demi Rose Bursts Out Of Tight White Sports Bra In Weekend Workout

Demi Rose showed off her insane curves and her fit workout body at the same time this weekend, taking to Instagram for a little selfie time. The British model and social media sensation now comes armed with over 12 million followers on the platform – a micro-face she may once have been, but this 24-year-old is now somewhat of a celebrity amid Instagram's swimwear and lingerie faces.

Demi has been making headlines for being out in L.A. – this weekend saw her lunching in Santa Monica – but the brunette beauty has been burning off the calories.

Demi took to her stories from her bedroom to show off a sporty look that was trendy and sexy all at once. The model had snapped herself in an eye-catching and very low-cut sports bra in white with graphic gray details – the plunging number was doing wonders for Demi's insane cleavage, also showing off her golden tan.

Despite the workout clothes, Demi was fully made up, sporting a pink lip, warming blush, and catwing eyeliner.

"Daily workout completed," she wrote with a green check emoji.

Demi's stories further showed her flaunting her curvy hips and flat stomach via a near-full-length selfie. Here, the stunner was seen pairing her sports bra with a skin-tight pair of black leggings rising up to her navel. Demi posed with her beautiful smile on show, also showing off red-painted nails as she held her smartphone in her left hand.

Demi once suffered from an eating disorder – the model bravely shared an image of herself weighing only 80 pounds, but the star has made a full recovery.

Demi can easily cause chaos on her social media – enough teeny tiny bikinis have shown the model's effect on her followers, although her career has more to it than updating the 'Gram. Just this weekend, Demi posted a photo of herself from a giant billboard in the Los Angeles area – the model was seen in lingerie as part of an ad for affordable clothing giant Fashion Nova.

"I love the best parties, yachts and fast cars - but deep down I'm just Demi, a kid from Sutton Coldfield who got lucky," Demi told The Sun of her humble U.K. origins.

Demi has spoken out about her body. The model leads a super-healthy lifestyle with her stories regularly showing smoothies, salads, and gym sessions, but Rose has confessed that she feels her body gains the pounds quickly.

"My figure just gains weight so fast. Any bad thing I eat my body isn't used to it and just puts on the weight. That means no birthday cake," she wrote in 2018.

"All I've eaten today is nuts. I've managed to eat a whole pot. I feel guilty as there's a lot of fat in the nuts. That's my treat. So I'm happy," Demi concluded.
