The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Diana Jenkins has undoubtedly had a busy week.
On Friday, news broke she would not be attending the upcoming 'RHOBH' reunion in person due to a COVID-19 diagnosis.
The news comes just one day after it was revealed Jenkins was in the midst of a lawsuit where, according to legal documents that were obtained by The Blast, Jenkins is "attempting to unmask the people behind the anonymous social media accounts, who attacked her co-star, Garcelle Beauvais, making it look like she did it."
However, from the looks of her Instagram account, Jenkins isn't going to allow the difficult situations in her life to keep her from smiling. On Thursday, she posted a selfie with her 'RHOBH' co-star Dorit Kemsley, wherein Jenkins appears visibly happy!

Jenkins also posted a screenshot of the aforementioned legal documents on Instagram, two days ago.
She revealed more details about the situation in the photo's captions.
Jenkins wrote, "My attorneys filed a lawsuit today in Los Angeles superior court to identify and hold accountable these persons who used bots to send hateful social media messages to Garcelle's son. The lawsuit says it all: 'It is wrong to send racist and bullying messages to a 14-year-old boy. It is wrong to pretend that someone else was responsible for sending those messages. And it is wrong to mastermind this hateful campaign in anonymity. This action seeks to unmask and hold accountable the morally bankrupt person who has attacked a child and placed the blame for their actions on Ms. Jenkins."
According to our piece about the lawsuit, the documents also read, "These are messages that Defendant intentionally delivered to a fourteen-year-old boy about him, his mother, and his family. They are despicable messages. While Defendant had full knowledge that Ms. Jenkins had nothing to do with these messages being sent to Ms. Beauvais' fourteen-year-old son or anyone else, Defendant delivered the messages intending they would falsely be attributed to Ms. Jenkins for the purpose of harming Ms. Jenkins' reputation."
The report also reveals Jenkins' name was cleared by an investigation into the situation.
"An investigation into the accounts confirms that the comments almost certainly come from bots and not real people," our report continues, "For example, the above-described accounts lack personal information about the user, have suspicious handles incorporating a lot of numbers, few posts and the few posts are all on the exact same day, posting comments with poor grammar, and were created in the last few months," the report continues to detail.
Our report goes on to detail the investigation's mention of certain situations that have been featured during the current season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," but it also stressed Beauvais and Jenkins "have not crossed any lines" pertaining to the situation in question during any tense exchanges between the duo."
