Emily Ratajkowski Finally Files for Divorce From Sebastian Bear-McClard

Speculations surrounding Emily Ratajkowski's split from her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard have been confirmed! The model has finally filed for divorce from her partner after three years of marriage.

However, it seems the divorce proceeding won't be particularly smooth as there are some legal issues to be sorted out.

Page Six confirmed the news that Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard's marriage has reached its final bus stop. According to court documents obtained by the publication, the English superstar filed for divorce in Manhattan Supreme Court, but it was shown that the filing was contested.

This means there are some litigation issues to be addressed, but it is unclear what those issues particularly are. News first surfaced that the lovebirds were going their separate ways in July on grounds of infidelity. The 'Welcome Home' actress was seen walking her 1-year-old son Sylvester, whom she shares with Bear-McClard, without her wedding ring on.

A source disclosed at the time that the film producer is "a serial cheater," adding, "It’s gross. He’s a dog." Another insider noted that it was Ratajkowski's decision to end things with the 41-year-old. "She is doing okay. She is strong and focused on her son. She loves being a mom," the source noted.

While the 31-year-old "iCarly" alum hasn't publicly commented on the controversial split, she has seemingly acknowledged through social media that the grounds for their separation was infidelity. Such was the case in August when The Blast reported that she liked some tweets bashing the "Uncut Gems" producer.

A concerned fan wrote on Twitter, "Can’t believe that little bitch cheated on Emrata," and Ratajkowski liked the tweet. She also gave her stamp of approval to another tweet that read, "Emrata finally free from that man just proves that god is actually very real."

When Ratajkowski isn't indirectly letting out the truth about her short-lived marriage with the filmmaker. She is directly throwing shades at the father of her son. Over the weekend, the London native dealt a heavy blow on Bear-McClard when she branded him "ugly."

She shared a TikoTok clip where she stitched a video of another woman applying makeup with the note, "When he thinks he’s a 10 because he pulled you, but you like ugly men," written across the clip. In the background of the  5-second video played "Pump 101" by Digga D & Still Brickin, and the lyrics "how can I say this in a friendly way?" was the center of attention.

Emrata, as the model is fondly called, teased her banging body in a striking red bra as she seductively mouthed the words of the song. Prior to the subtle shade targeted at her estranged husband, the mother-of-one shared her perspective on love and sex in a candid TikTok clip.

The "My Body" author reacted to a clip by psychotherapist Esther Perel on the "secret of female sexuality." Agreeing with Perel's opinions, Ratajkowski said, "Women have internalized the male gaze so much that when we're having sex, we're thinking about how hot or not we are...it's kinda crazy we're so used to seeing women sexualized."

While sharing her truths about topics of love and relationship, Ratajkowski seems to be enjoying her life as a newly single woman. In an Instagram post shared days ago, the former child actor was seen living her best life with her son and her two dogs.

She gave fans a glimpse into a beach day spent with the boys she loves while taking breaths away in an alluring red bikini two-piece. Ratajkowski played with her dogs in the ocean and gave an up-close look of her sand-covered derrière in the video upload.

"morning at the bay with babs and the boys," she captioned the post, which received cheers and encouraging remarks from fans.

Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard were first romantically linked in 2018 after they were photographed engaged in a steamy PDA session. They tied the knot in a secret surprise ceremony at N.Y.C.'s City Hall after only a few weeks of dating.
