We Now Know the Identity of the Cameraman Kristin Cavallari Dated

While filming her reality TV show Very Cavallari, star Kristin Cavallari discussed her experience filming The Hills. She sat down with fellow former co-stars Audrina Patridge and Heidi Montag to talk about friendship and flings.

In one clip from the show, Cavallari asked the other women, "Do you remember when I dated Miguel the camerman on The Hills?" Heidi exclaims that she had no idea. Cavallari then goes to say that she had to pretend she was dating Brody while the show was filming, but her real love at the time was Miguel Medina.

Medina has worked on several shows other than The Hills. His most recent work includes Brews Brothers, but he has also worked on Arrested Development, RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked!, Bill Nye Saves the World, Bachelor in Paradise, and The X Factor. For a camerman, that's a pretty impressive record.

The relationship was not exactly a secret early on either. In 2010, the Daily Mail was writing about the couple, who appeared to be in a serious relationship. That's right, this was not just a fling.

So, why didn't anybody know about it at the time? For one, Cavallari was adamant that she did not want her real relationships to become part of the show. She wanted to keep part of her life private. Dating a cameraman was definitely not expected for the cast members, who were frequently seen out on the town with their cast members, including Brody Jenner and Justin Bobby. Of course, this just goes to show how unreal the show actually could be.

Cavallari revealed that everything was under wraps and that she and Medina were professionals throughout the process. The reveal came when the two traveled to Canada before filming officially wrapped on the show. Paparazzi caught the couple at the airport, and the secret was out. Otherwise, they were able to keep everything under wraps.

It was not long after shooting wrapped that Cavallari began dating her future husband, quarterback Jay Cutler. Together, the two have three children. They seem quite happy.

While Cavallari once dated a cameraman, it is clear that she only has eyes for her husband now. In recent interviews, she has also talked about how much she loves being a mother as well. She's also busy appearing in her own reality show and designing clothing. It is clear that Cavallari is coming into her own.

Of course, this little tidbit of information has many fans of The Hills wondering what other dirt they missed. When will somebody reveal it all?
