Harry Styles Reveals THIS Is The Only Reason He Went To Venice Film Festival!

Harry Styles is finally breaking his silence on “Spitgate 2022.”

The singer is back in New York City following a quick trip to Venice, Italy for the Venice Film Festival.

Haz was in Italy to promote “Don’t Worry Darling” with the rest of the core cast.

In the event you didn’t hear… earlier this week a video of Harry walking towards his co-star, Chris Pine, went viral.

It went viral because the One Direction star appeared to SPIT, yes SPIT, on Pine. His co-star’s repulsed reaction seemingly confirmed Harry did something to him.

There’s been a lot of reported animosity and drama between co-stars of the film.

Olivia Wilde and Florence Pugh have ongoing (not so) behind the scenes drama, and the two reportedly have had many disagreements.

A source revealed to Us Weekly, “Florence and Olivia have had several disagreements personally and professionally, that’s why Florence isn’t doing any press for the movie.”

Now, with “Spitgate 2022” taking over social media, there’s seemingly beef between Harry and Pine.

It was all very insane, bizarre and unexpected. Twitter absolutely lost it over the 11-second clip!

During his Wednesday night show at Madison Square Garden, Harry broke his silence on the matter.

“This is our 10th show at Madison Square Garden, it is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful to be back here,” the British singer told his fans while opening the show.“I just popped over to Venice to spit on Chris Pine but fear not, we’re back!”

His “confession” was met with wild screams and cheers.

He encouraged his fans to have as much fun as they can and nothing more about Pine.

Given Harry’s track record of cracking jokes during his shows, it’s pretty evident this was one big joke.

Earlier this week, a representative for Pine released a statement regarding “Spitgate 2022.”

The rep told People, the video is creating unnecessary drama.

"This is a ridiculous story — a complete fabrication and the result of an odd online illusion that is clearly deceiving and allows for foolish speculation,” the statement read. “Just to be clear, Harry Styles did not spit on Chris Pine. There is nothing but respect between these two men and any suggestion otherwise is a blatant attempt to create drama that simply does not exist."

Harry’s team did not respond to People’s request for comment.

Given everything that has happened, fans are begging Andy Cohen to hold a reunion special for the cast of “Don’t Worry Darling.”

Lucky for fans… Cohen is 100% down to host the reunion.

Instagram account @CommentsByCelebs shared a tweet that read, “DON’T WORRY DARLING cast and crew reunion hosted by andy cohen.”

Cohen responded “I’m in” in the comments.

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Rinna commented, “We need answers.”

One person simply commented, “#s**tshow.”

“THIS CALLS FOR A 4 PARTER,” AND “DEAAAAR GAWWWWD PUHLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE! We neeeed this!! ??????” were other comments left on the post.

One fan hilariously suggested Sudeikis serve as the guest bartender during the taping of the reunion special.
