Andy Cohen, who fathers two little tots, seems to be having trouble parenting one of them!
The talk show host welcomed the kids with the help of a surrogate — his son, Benjamin Allen, was born in February 2019, while his daughter, Lucy Eve, was welcomed earlier this April. The radio presenter recently shared his struggles on Instagram using an amusing video featuring his best chum, Anderson Cooper, who appears to have a blissful parenting experience.
Andy Cohen Says He Deals With Major Mood Swings With His Little Boy, Benjamin
As fans are aware, Cohen has chronicled his challenges with his son, Benjamin, in a couple of recent social media clips, revealing they had a tantrum-filled getaway. He later posted the video of himself with Cooper, strolling down a street with their boys and discussing their individual fathering experiences.
The 54-year-old initially asked his pal what he was dealing with "these days" after telling him that he coped with "major mood swings and irrational temper tantrums." Cooper, who could be seen carrying his son Wyatt, 2, on his shoulders, replied, grinning, "I dunno, my kids are pretty great." He also fathers another boy, six-month-old Sebastian.
Cohen no doubt envied his best buddy as she sarcastically said, "Oh, that's nice," adding, "So everything's peachy at your house? And you have a good vacation? Well, guess I'm alone then." Despite being longtime friends with sons who are also companions, he did not feel heard, and he expressed so in the post's caption.
Speaking of the TV host's earlier vacation with his family, Today made a report on a video he posted on Instagram showing him driving back home from the Labor Day trip with his moody kids. In the clip, Benjamin,3, could be heard crying and wailing from the back seat while his papa tried his best to understand what was going on.

As the tantrums continued, Cohen told the little one that he had just watched "Bob the Builder" for six hours while he packed the vehicle up. He believed that Benjamin could not want to see more of the show. The three-year-old replied, crying, that he wanted to, but it later became evident that he was not just displeased about his favorite cartoon but possibly everything.
Cohen further announced in the video that they were headed back to the city, noting that his son had eagerly anticipated their return. The remark was met with more wails, but when the father-of-two jokingly said the vacation was over despite it being fun, Benjamin exclaimed that he wanted to return.
Cohen could not believe his ears as he said, "You want to go back now? I thought you really wanted to go to the city." The statement caused a dramatic and dragged "No" from his son. Towards the end of the video, where the screen showed "3 minutes later," the scene was much calmer without any noise from Benjamin.
The doting father then asked his boy if he was okay about leaving and had gotten the tantrums out of his system, to which the younger male replied that he "was just kidding." Cohen expressed disbelief as he repeated his son's statement and said, "Wow, that was some joke, my man."
