The stars of Keeping Up With The Kardashians seem to be constantly under scrutiny. They are criticized for their lifestyles, whether they do or do not donate to causes, and how they parent their children. This last topic seems to cause quite a lot of contention between fans and critics who can’t help but debate over how well the reality TV stars care for their little ones.
Young mom Kylie Jenner is the subject of such debate once again, this time over baby Stormi Webster’s jewelry.
Kylie came under fire just a couple of weeks ago for throwing an extravagant second birthday party for her daughter. A theme park was built for little Stormi featuring a Frozen world, a land dedicated to the Trolls franchise, and Stormi World.
The party cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, prompting people on social media to debate over the event. Was this too much? Especially for a toddler? Should Kylie have donated her money was is this just a sweet show of love from a mother to her daughter?
For the second time in only a month, Kylie is being criticized for her parenting choices again. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is being blasted by some for allowing her daughter to wear hoop earrings.
While Kylie’s supporters point out that Stormi looks absolutely happy while wearing her jewelry, critics are saying the hoops could be too dangerous for a toddler to wear. They seem to think they could get caught on things and could yank on Stormi’s earlobes.
Kylie follows in her big sister Kourtney Kardashian’s footsteps. Kourt is constantly being criticized and judged for her parenting choices, no matter how healthy or good for her children they may seem.
Kourt was recently put on blast when she insisted on providing healthier, sugar-free candy options at a joint birthday party for her daughter Penelope Disick and Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West. People thought Kourtney was being too strict and not letting the kids be kids. They thought regular candy at a Candyland-themed party just made sense.
Though many of the fans seemed to side with Kim during the Great Candy Debate, the makeup mogul hasn’t been without her fair share of controversy. Kim was recently picked apart for her own children’s eating habits, too.
During a Q and A session, Kim revealed that her kids are on a plant-based diet with her, noting that North is a pescatarian. People were quick to jump on Kim, stating that children would never choose such a diet for themselves and insisting that kids need to eat meat proteins.
