The pop culture scene definitely isn’t missing any of the Kardashians (or Jenners.) But something that fans have noticed is that, unlike her sisters, Khloe hasn’t been on the cover of a magazine since she was interviewed and photographed for Stellar over a year ago. This strikes many people as out of the ordinary for someone who makes a living by shining bright in society’s eyes. Is there something about Khloe Kardashian’s new lifestyle that she doesn’t want to flaunt?
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is still loyal to her Instagram and Twitter following. She keeps the public updated with adorable pictures of True and details about her fragrance, Pink Diamond. Her life is nothing short of extraordinary and full of glitz and glamour. But that fame doesn’t come without drama, as Khloe and her family know very well. Their careers are based around drama and attention (and, ahem, revenue) it brings them. We just can’t seem to stop caring about the Kardashians… or keeping up with them, for that matter.
We mentioned before how the last magazine cover that Khloe was on was for Stellar. In the interview she gave them, she mentioned that there are things in life that she would rather keep private. Portions of her life that neither social media nor the E! Network will see. “It’s my biggest issue — it’s hard for me to pull back,” she said in the interview. “Everybody doesn’t have to know everything. My personal life, my dating life… I’ve learnt that I want to keep on the private side.”
Privacy is a big part of it. Another reason as to why Khloe hasn’t been seen on many magazine covers lately might be due to the fact that she’s tired of going over the same drama again and again. At this point, everyone and their mother knows about the scandal between Tristan Thompson and Jordyn Woods. (If you’re not clued in – the father of Khloe’s daughter was caught cheating with her sister, Kylie’s, best friend. And now you know).
And even before the Tristan/Jordyn drama, there was the Lamar Odom drama that had been going on for years beforehand. During interviews, journalists wanted to get to the bottom of these steamy pots of gossip. As readers, we can see where the slew of questions would come from. But as the person who has to answer them? That has to get old pretty fast. Especially now with True to think about, Khloe’s making the mature decision – to not get near certain topics, not even with a 10-foot pole.
Scandals follow the Kardashian family around like moths to a flame. There’s no doubt that one will sneak up on them (or be expertly planned by their matriarch, Kris Jenner…) within the next month or so. But Khloe clearly won’t be the one to perpetuate it – at least, not when it comes to her mental health or the safety of her daughter. If there’s anything the Kardashians are good at, it’s tackling things as a family and remaining a solid unit. It seems Khloe has taken that notion to heart and realized what should go on the screen, and what should be left behind closed doors.
Tomorrow isn't promised to us. So live as if today is your last day on earth. Love like you've never loved before. Dream deeper than you've ever imagined you could dream. Experience all that your heart desires. If tomorrow you wake and everything still remains, REPEAT 💔♥️
