Britney Spears' Sister Jamie Lynn Flaunts Killer Legs In Tiny Shorts Workout

While Britney Spears is currently in a medical boot, 28-year-old sister Jamie Lynn is running free like a bird. The "Zoey 101" alum may have made headlines recently as eldest daughter Maddie wound up in the hospital with an injury, but mom Jamie Lynn is back in workout mode.

With or without medical boots, though, the Spears sisters have killer legs. Jamie Lynn's latest photos definitely showed hers off.

Jamie Lynn posted two photos on Monday. One showed the star working out solo. A quick swipe to the right showed her with fitness queen Julie Day.

Jamie Lynn was looking incredible. The blonde had been photographed running and showing off her super-fit body in a colorful and sporty look. She wore a loose, lime-green top falling below the waist, with the top just about covering a tiny pair of black shorts with white piping. Jamie Lynn's rock-hard legs and defined quads were on show, with the star also appearing makeup-free as she enjoyed her jog.

Jamie Lynn took to her caption to admit that she had zero clue who had photographed her. She's not completely clueless, though.

"I have no clue who took these pictures but here is a little #motivationmonday with @spogafitnessjulie ??‍♀️?‍♀️ I am slacking today?," she began, adding:

"Obviously, I saw it was paparazzi, but wanted to make it clear that I do not know them, and have no way of knowing who to credit for pictures, since you can somehow get in trouble for posting pictures of yourself, that someone else took without permission."

Jamie Lynn's post today comes shortly after she updated her Instagram with this photo of Maddie – the star's daughter has, of course, made major headlines in the past for a horrific accident as her ATV flipped over back in 2017.

A caption explained more.

"This one keeps us on our toes, no matter what the occasion is... little accident at recess today, but nothing too serious. Thanks to everyone who helped us get this checked on quick, and everyone who text to check in!

Britney, meanwhile, shocked fans this weekend as she was photographed heading to a tanning appointment while wearing a black padded medical boot. Photos of the "Toxic" singer showed her in a red crop top worn braless, with tiny white shorts making the medical equipment very visible.

Britney didn't appear to be in pain as she traversed a Los Angeles parking lot, but given that the singer hasn't updated her Instagram with fresh content in weeks, fans are likely wondering what's up.
