Jen Selter Sets 'New Goals' While Tugging On Black Thong

Fitness influencer Jen Selter is starting the month of September off on the right foot. She has new goals, a new workout routine, and apparently, a new outfit.

On Thursday, the social media sensation shared a video with her followers that shows herself getting dressed in the morning... and the video doesn't leave much to the imagination.

In her latest Instagram video,  the 29-year-old model gets dressed to the tune of Fetish’s “Come Check This.” In the video, she slowly tugs on her black thong before she adjusts her ponytail, completely topless. She slowly slides into her workout bra before she follows it up with seamless black leggings and sneakers. She then gets into down dog position on her yoga mat as her dog, Gram, crawls underneath her.

“Hello September (wtf)!” she wrote in the caption. “New month, new goals, new mindset, new focus, new intentions, LETS GO!! #grwm and lets get some movement in today.” She revealed that she got the black seamless set seen in the video from @aloyoga.

Jen then asked her followers if they had ever heard of a method called SMART goals, which stands for goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.

“Knowing how to set goals using the SMART framework can help you succeed in setting and attaining goals, no matter how large or small,” Jen wrote. “I’m going by that this month.”

Although plenty of fans love her motivation tips, many more fans couldn’t get passed her steamy video. “Absolutely amazing,” one fan wrote. “You could be the next Bond Girl” another follower commented. “KEEP FIT BABE ??????,” a third fan gushed.

In her latest Instagram post, the New York native helps her fans who might have too many whole watermelons on their hands! Set to the tune of LMFAO’s “Shots” featuring Lil Jon, Jen looks like she’s having a blast turning her giant watermelon chunks into thirst-quenching juice.

“What to do with a HUGE watermelon?! I cut up half of it and made some fresh hydrating juice shots, and wow!!! So sweet, I didn’t need to add any extra ingredients ?,” she wrote in the caption. “What is your favorite #watermelon recipe at the moment?

Chef Matt Broussard commented, “Put it in my mouth ?.” Another follower added, “Adding lime to it would make it taste extra good.” Another fan said, “Freeze it and eat it.” Other followers didn’t feel like they were in need of a recipe, with one fan writing, “Or just eat the watermelon. ?.” However, another follower said it makes “The best juice ?.”

In another recent Instagram workout video, the New York native got seriously sweaty as she performed a resistance band workout routine in a teal sports bra with matching leggings. The video, set to David Guetta and Bebe Rexha’s “I’m Good,” features Jen performing a variety of exercises to work her arms and shoulders as she keeps her hair tied back in her signature ponytail.
