Erika Jayne is now one step closer to clearing her name of ongoing legal woes!
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has been in the midst of a storm of lawsuits and allegations following her divorce from her husband of two decades, Tom Girardi.
Jayne's legal and personal struggles have been largely documented in the spotlight. The 51-year-old's experiences have been showcased on the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in its most recent seasons, and multiple outlets, including The Blast, have shared ongoing updates regarding the multiple lawsuits involving the 'Pretty Mess' superstar.
Looking Back At Some Of Jayne's Legal Affairs
2022 hasn't been a year solely based on public failure for Jayne!
Earlier this winter, she was dismissed from embezzlement and fraud charges against the now-83-year-old Girardi.
Her celebration was short-lived. A month later, Jayne and her company, EJ Global LLC "were named in a new $2.1 million complaint," which had been obtained by People Magazine.
According to the documents, the 'RHOBH' star "aided and abetted" her former husband "in his alleged embezzlement activities in his law firm, Girardi & Keese." (per The Blast)
In early April Jayne was alleged to be "A frontwoman" who had been "selling to the world (including unsuspecting clients) that Girardi Keese was successful" in a lawsuit filed by the law firm Edelson PC which sought "no less than $55 dollars in damages," according to one of our reports.
In late July, Jayne was served with a $50 million lawsuit while she was returning from a Hawaii vacation she had taken with her 'RHOBH' co-stars Lisa Rinna and Diana Jenkins.

Yesterday Jayne's attorney Evan C. Borges revealed a new legal victory for his client to Page Six.
Earlier this spring Jayne had been the target of a lawsuit alleging she had participated in "Hindering the investigation of a $5 million fraud lawsuit filed against her to gain 'an unfair advantage in the litigation,' according to the outlet.
A Los Angeles-based judge, Richard Fruin, ruled there had not been any evidence to the lawsuit's claims by two of Girardi's former attorneys that Jayne had been involved in "aiding and abetting Girardi in his alleged crime."
Page Six also reported Phillip R. Sheldon and Robert P. Finn, two of Girardi's colleagues "claimed the reality star knew her former husband had been using their cut of the settlement money to fund her lavish lifestyle."
On Monday, August 29th, Fruin "ruled that the plaintiffs failed to prove that the 'RHOBH' star had any 'actual knowledge of Girardi's alleged crimes."

Jayne put her excitement about the ruling on display earlier today when she shared a screenshot of the Page Six article on her Instagram feed.
In her caption for the photo, she wrote, "Thank you to my friends that have stood beside me. All I asked for was time and understanding." Her victorious post included multiple celebratory emojis!
As of this writing, none of Jayne's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-stars have commented on the photo.
However, multiple of her famous friends, including the official Marc Jacobs Instagram account, have left their good wishes!
