Dr. Pimple Popper -- Watch 'Pasta Noodles' Come Flying Out Of This Cyst!!

Dr. Pimple Popper decided to sync this massive pop with some classical music, and not only does it work, it actually makes the anxiety and anticipation of the final blast way more intense!
"Because classical music goes well with POPS," Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the new clip.
It's insane, the music does kind of go with the popping session, but music aside this is a crazy squirting monster! You have to see this...
As you can see...the doctor used her black marker to trace the outside of the area and then sliced into the top of the cyst. Then she squeezed this bad boy with both hands and what comes out is SHOCKING!
"That damn music gave me anxiety when it sped up," one fan said after watching the first part of the video.
Us too! The build-up to the blast is instense, and the music makes it worse. But, waiting for the peak moment is totally worth it. This thing explodes out of its sac like it has been trying to get out there for years.

There are 100% correct! The insides of this cyst look like a ton of pasta noodles squirting out of the body. It keeps coming, and coming, and coming!

It's not always that Dr. Pimple Popper herself will call out what the puss coming out of a zit actually look like, but this is one of those lucky days!
In this clip, if you listen, you can hear Dr. Sandra Lee point out that what comes out of this man's nose, "It looks like Silly String!"
"God those pores haven’t seen daylight in damn decades haha," one fan said about the pop.
The best part about this one is that it doesn't stop with the first round of pops, a bunch of silly string juice comes popping out of it during a second squeeze.

It is crazy how much comes out of this man's nose. It looks like a full-fledged birthday party!
After seeing the beginning one fan asked, "I don't know what's worse, squeezing it or taking that tool to it. I thought the tool was used to prevent trauma to the skin? It certainly doesn't appear to be that way." Either way .. we win!
