Kate Upton is melting ice with her hot post-baby body while making sure that the polar bears actually have some ice to live on. The "Sports Illustrated" model and actress is the new face of outerwear brand Canada Goose, also having partnered up with Polar Bears International (PBI) to raise awareness on climate change and endangered species.

Kate has already made headlines for heading out to "the polar bear capital of the world" in Manitoba, Canada this month. The 27-year-old's latest Instagram update lost the snowy surrounds, but it didn't lose the campaigning message. It also showed off the mom of one's sensational post-baby physique.

Kate's update showed her in selfie mode. The blonde was stylishly outfitted in a pair of striped shorts – cream and brown fabrics here continued with a buttoned blazer worn open to reveal a tight white top underneath. A flashing of cleavage was likely noticed by Kate's fans, with her super-long and toned legs also on show.

Kate also wore pointed-toe heels elongating her supermodel pins, posing with one hand in her shorts pocket as she snapped herself inside a hotel room – the camera also took in Kate's suitcase.

A quick swipe to the right then showed Kate in the same outfit and posing at the Canada Goose x Vogue event she attended this week.

Kate took to her caption to mention both Canada Goose and Vogue, alongside PBI.

"With all challenges are opportunities - and we need to seize those opportunities to make a positive change in the world. It was an honor to be part of last night’s @canadagoose x @vogue panel discussing the work of @polarbearsinternational and how we can make a difference for not only polar bears, but our future generations," she wrote.

The update appeared to prove a giant hit, racking up over 130,000 likes overnight.

Speaking to Vogue about her decision to raise awareness for the cause, Kate admitted that she once ignored issues out of fear.

“For years and years, I read the headlines, but it scared me, so I pushed it away,” she told the magazine.

As a parent, the star now feels better "connected" to earth. "I arrived as an ambassador and left as an advocate," Upton added.

Kate and husband Justin Verlander made headlines in November 2018 for welcoming their baby girl Genevieve. Kate herself also caused a touch of controversy recently over a breastfeeding comment she made.

Unsurprisingly, Kate's followers seemed a little more focused on her sensational post-baby body than the worthy cause she was promoting.

Some mentioned how Kate has pinged back into shape since welcoming her baby girl.

"Baby weight allllll gone ??✌️," a fan commented.

Meanwhile, others sent Kate Valentine's Day wishes, plus overall love.

A comment did, however, come in from the PBI account.

"Thank you for lending your voice to polar bears, @kateupton ? We're grateful to work alongside you to ensure their future," the organization wrote.
