Miley Cyrus is once again testing the limits of Instagram's rules about nudity in a new post. She made a surprise appearance at the Marc Jacobs Fall 2020 runway show, and while she was attending the glam even, her stylish black and white crop top opened and caused a bit of a wardrobe malfunction.

Instead of getting embarrassed, Cyrus embraced her freed nipple and even posted a picture of it on Instagram with a hilariously cheeky caption:

"Swipe right. But hurry. Instagram will definitely be removing this post soon."

However, the Insta Overlords seemingly haven't noticed, because at the time of the publication of this article, the picture was still up and hidden deep in the slideshow.

This is hardly the first time that Cyrus has challenged the Instagram community guidelines, posting a mirror selfie in an extremely thin tank top with the caption:

"I'm getting more basic by the day. The only thing the "new me" loves more than a mirror selfie is a self timed one. PS this is getting removed soon! I've been warned by the gram gods! PPS I f-cking love you instagram! Thank you for stanning the Nips! Respect."

No word on why Instagram allowed the nips to say, but Cyrus definitely considers it a win.

Miley was also supporting the Free The Nipple movement as early as 2012, doing her part to destigmatize and desexualize female nipples. While it was quickly taken down, Cyrus posted some vulnerable pics at the time saying "Some lame a-- deff gonna (flag) dat (s---) but f---------k it #practicewhatchupreach #FreeTheNipple #freedats---."

Sure, it's a fun excuse to post some sexy topless shots, but it's also a fun way to spread the word on an important cause. Cyrus certainly does her best to be provocative, but it's usually with a relevant message.

Say what you will about Cyrus, but she is unapologetically herself in a way that few celebs are as candid about. She told Elle before her divorce last year:

"We’re [women] expected to keep the planet populated. And when that isn’t a part of our plan or our purpose, there is so much judgment and anger that they try to make and change laws to force it upon you—even if you become pregnant in a violent situation. If you don’t want children, people feel sorry for you, like you’re a cold, heartless bitch who’s not capable of love. Why are we trained that love means putting yourself second and those you love first? If you love yourself, then what? You come first."

And sometimes that means not taking your nip slip too seriously.
