Kaia Gerber Gets Cheeky In Buttercup Yellow Bra & Hot Pants: 'Hat Came Off Last'

Kaia Gerber got a little cheeky on Thursday, sharing two very different images to her social media. The 18-year-old model and daughter to Cindy Crawford has been making headlines this month for wowing on the NYFW runways – clearly, though, Kaia was in the mood to share what goes on backstage.

Kaia's first photo was exactly what you'd expect from a runway snap. The model was strutting her stuff for Marc Jacobs and wearing a furry yellow coat, also sporting a fun and oversized matching hat.

It all changed when fans swiped to the right.

Kaia's second image showed her a little more undressed. The backstage setting also showed a crowd gathering near railed clothing behind Kaia, with the model herself leaning against a rail and looking devilish.

Kaia had removed the coat, wowing the camera with her super-slim body in a buttercup yellow two-piece. The teen was rocking a satin bralette, also flaunting her curvy booty in a high-waisted pair of matching hot pants.

The hat was still on, but Kaia's caption suggested that the headwear didn't last.

Fans were absolutely loving it. Comments and likes came in fast, with the latter sitting at over 73,000 by the time the update was three hours old.

"Wow nice pick," one fan wrote.

"Ur my favorite," another said.

"Marry me" came from one hopeful fan.

Celebrity likes also came in – model Emily Ratajkowski, actress Bella Thorne, and "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Rinna all left likes.

Kaia is, indeed, fast-rising on Instagram. 2018 saw the model actually make headlines for having higher social media engagement than Kendall Jenner or Gigi Hadid.

Kaia's biggest headline-making this year has been her split from Pete Davidson. The model and SNL star were an item for a brief few months, with mid-January marking the beginning of media outlets documenting the break-up. 25-year-old Pete remains best-known for dating singer Ariana Grande until October 2019, after which he dated both Margaret Qualley and Kate Beckinsale before Kaia.

Kaia and Pete were big on the poolside PDAs back in November 2019, but a repeat performance is unlikely to happen now they're split up.

Following her split from Pete, Kaia was seen hanging out in Miami with some pretty famous Netflix faces. The model posted social media snaps of herself with "Queer Eye" star Antoni Polowitz and "13 Reasons Why" star Tommy Dorfman – there was even a hilarious joint bikini snap featuring Tommy and Kaia.

This week has seen Kaia's brother Presley Gerber make headlines for debuting a new face tattoo that reads "MISUNDERSTOOD." Social media seemed in a frenzy regarding it, with Presley responding to the backlash by defending himself.
