While Anna and Michael's engagement is good news, fans can't help but reminisce about her relationship with ex-husband Chris Pratt.

Faris and Pratt were once one of Hollywood's cutest couples. When they announced their separation in 2017, fans were crushed.

Anna was going through with her first husband Ben Indra when she met Chris on the set of the 2007 film Take Me Home Tonight.

They started dating during the filming of the movie and by 2008, they were engaged.

The couple married in July 2009 and adjusted to their new life as newlyweds.

Their acting careers continued to grow thanks to comedic roles in television and films.

Soon some big changes would come that would affect Chris and Anna's personal and professional lives.

The Pratt household would expand in 2012 when Anna and Chris announced they were expecting their first child.

However, Anna's pregnancy wasn't easy. The couple's son Jack was born nine weeks early in August 2012. Jack had to spend some time in the NICU before being released from the hospital.

Despite some health complications, today Jack is a happy boy and is often seen out and about with his parents.

Aside from welcoming a child, Chris and Anna's acting careers would continue to take off.

In 2013, Anna signed on to co-star with Allison Janney in the CBS sitcom Mom.

A year later, Chris would be launched into stardom thanks to his lead role in the Guardians of the Galaxy movie.

Pratt's stardom continued to grow after the success of Guardians of the Galaxy. Now considered one of Hollywood's newest leading men, he signed on to other blockbuster movies.

Yet, as Chris' success continued to grow, cracks started to appear in his marriage to Anna.

Tabloids began reporting stories on the couple's problems. One rumor had that Chris had developed a big ego due to his newfound fame and it was creating distance between him and Anna.

Another rumor that circulated was that Chris was unfaithful to Anna. There was a report that he had an affair with his Passengers co-star Jennifer Lawrence.

In August 2017, after months of speculation, the couple announced their divorce.

Following their divorce announcement in August 2017, Chris and Anna continued to co-parent their son Jack. But the couple began embarking on new relationships.

In the summer of 2018, Chris began dating author Katherine Schwarzenegger, the daughter of actor Arnold Schwarzenegger. A few months later the couple became engaged and in June 2019 they married.

As for Anna, after her divorce, she went public with her relationship with Michael Barrett.
