"Sucker Punch" actress Jamie Chung Recently shed some light on some of her most tough periods as a mother. The actress and her husband Bryan Greenberg welcomed their children late last year.

Prior to the new addition to their home, the Chung revealed that she had frozen her eggs just in case. According to Chung, at the time, she was unsure when she wanted to raise a family with Greenberg and wanted more time.

The actress recently said that the first three months of motherhood were the toughest for her, and she had to struggle constantly not to react exactly the way she was feeling. The 39-year-old revealed that she rarely had time for herself during that period.

Chung talked about how she handled motherhood and the most stressful period while raising her twin boys. The actress and her husband, Greenberg, welcomed their children in October 2021 via surrogacy.

The actress joined E! News in an interview and revealed that the first three months as a new mother were her most brutal to date. Chung recalled, "You're barely finding time for yourself, and nothing gets done. You're lucky to get a shower. "

"When you're sleep-deprived, you're a little cranky, and you're having a little tiff with your partner. There's just no patience. You have to force yourself to not react to how you're actually feeling," the mother of two continued.

Further on, the reality tv personality explained to E! News that she spent a lot of quality time with her children when they were just newborns because, at the time, she had free time at work. She also revealed that she missed the "baby stage" with her children.

The 39-year-old said, "I got some amazing quality time with the kids. When they're young, you're like, 'I can't wait for them to grow.' And then when they're 10 months, you're like, 'Wait, you're so big!'" Chung continued, "I miss the baby stage. It's so true when people are like, 'They grow up so fast.'"

According to "The Misfits" actress, despite the joys it came with, being a parent was not the easiest job. She added that she was happy with how well she and Greenberg were able to navigate it and declared that the actor excelled in the department.

The actress gushed, "He loves it. He was made to do it. He was asking me for years to start a family, and it's been really fun to see him in this new role."

Chung also talked about her new home renovation and how it provided more space for her children to move about and ensured that everything was safe for them. She said, "My kids are just starting to move around a little bit...and they love being outdoors."

The former reality star also revealed that she was looking forward to future celebrations with her family and friends when they would have to come over to her house. According to Chung, due to their babies, they now opted for throwing "baby parties" when struck with the urge to host a celebration.

Greenberg announced the family had new members on Instagram last year, posting a video of himself with the couple's two new babies. The post was captioned, "We got double the trouble now, @jamiechung." Chung reposted the video on her Instagram stories and responded in Greenberg's comment section with two heart emojis.

In 2019, the actress opened up about wanting children and revealed that she was in the process of freezing her eggs. "I've been stewing over the idea of freezing my eggs for a couple of years now and decided to move forward with the process only just recently."

At the time, she revealed that she wanted to have children with her husband, who she described as "the best life partner a person can ask for." Chung, however, said she was not sure when it would happen, so she was buying time.

The 39-year-old continued, "It's ok to be unsure when the time is right, and a lot of people have told me that 'There is no right time. Just do it! What are you waiting for?! It's the best thing to have ever happened to us!!' And I believe it all, but I'm going at the pace that's right for me because I'm not ready just yet."

Chung and Greenberg took their time deciding when best to become parents and have been doing a great job ever since raising their twins together. They also regularly share the cutest photos of their adorable babies on Instagram.
