Pregnant Malika Haqq Says She's Single Despite Expecting Baby With O.T. Genasis

Khloé Kardashian's best friend Malika Haqq is clarifying where her relationship stands with on-again, off-again boyfriend O.T. Genasis after confirming she's expecting a baby with him just days ago. The 36-year-old has been dodging questions on who her baby's father is ever since revealing she was pregnant in September and purposely left his identity out when speaking to PEOPLE about becoming a mother, but that all changed over the weekend after her "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star bestie threw her a star-studded baby shower.

It was there that O.T. Genasis finally confirmed that he was her baby daddy after posting several photos from the shower. The duo have been linked for over two years, but most recently said they broke up in June so fans were shocked when months later Malika Haqq announced her pregnancy. Now, she's setting the record straight on where their relationship stands, telling fans she's been single for the entire pregnancy. Posing in their first shot together from the shower, Malika Haqq began her lengthy statement by writing, "Relationships don’t always work out the way we would hope but between love & friendship we have created a baby boy that will be here very soon."

While she's not the rapper's girlfriend anymore, Malika Haqq says he's been there for her every step of the way. "I’ve been single the last 8months but I am in no way alone," she said. "OT and I have attended every doctors apt and over all loved on our son together while anticipating his arrival." Seemingly touching on why she didn't reveal his identity until recently, the mom-to-be continued, "My priority over the past few months has been to nurture and protect my unborn child."

Malika Haqq ended her message by clarifying that while she's not dating O.T. Genasis anymore, he's vital to her unborn son's life. "Our baby would not be who he is without his father and I thank God for the spirit that grows inside of me," she stated. "Only thing that matters, we are Baby Flores parents." FYI -- O.T.'s real name is Odis Oliver Flores. Her comments immediately filled up with words of support from family and friends. Malika Haqq's twin sister, Khadijah, wrote, "I’m ultimately proud of you guys! Our family is growing ??," while "Don't Be Tardy" star Kim Zolciak-Biermann added, "I love you so much and I’m so proud of you!! God makes no mistake ❤️ Can’t wait to meet little man!" Malika Haqq and O.T. Genasis are expecting their first child together in March.
