Chelsea Houska set the record straight on Tuesday after fans thought she might have undergone a Brazilian butt lift. The "Teen Mom 2" star has been making headlines this month for ditching the cosmetics and sharing a bare face as she underwent a BBL treatment – of course, the letters forming the abbreviation of Broadband Light Therapy are the exact same as the ones for the rear-enhancing cosmetic procedure.
Chelsea took to her Instagram stories following her BBL to clear up any confusion.

Chelsea took to Instagram in selfie mode. The redhead was looking gorgeous without a scrap of makeup, also wearing her locks tied up into a messy bun. Chelsea wore glasses and a tye-dye gray sweater as she addressed her followers.
"Ok, so since I just washed off all my makeup," she began before showing that she had her "braces in."
"We're nerding out, we're ready to go to bed," she continued, before clarifying what appeared to be some fan confusion.
Chelsea confirmed that she'd done the BBL "Broadband Light Treatment" – "not Brazilian butt lift," she stated before joking that her butt is "still flat."

Chelsea had, in fact, undergone two skin treatments. The BBL was accompanied by a micro laser peel – Chelsea's stories today confirmed that she "1000%" recommends the procedures.
“BBL improves pigment, texture and tone… the micro laser peel is going to resurface and also help with texture, pores, and surface pigment," she had posted at the end of January when she got her skin done.
“So we shall see how this process goes! Trying to take better care of my skin,” Chelsea had added.
Chelsea is careful. Her position as an influencer (Chelsea had 5.7 million Instagram followers) does place her in promotional mode fairly frequently, but when it's not an ad, the MTV face will make absolutely sure her followers know it.
“Also, this isn’t an ad or anything! just wanted to be open and show you guys some stuff Im doing for ma face,” she had written.
Chelsea did the exact same thing when showcasing her recent pimped-out Louis Vuitton bag from Vintage Boho Bags – showing off her designer merch was all good and well, but Chelsea didn't want anyone confused. She confirmed she wasn't being paid.

Earning a little cash from influencing might see celebs slammed, but they've got kids to feed, too. "Teen Mom 2" star Kailyn Lowry opted down this route for her recent pregnancy announcement – the 27-year-old promoted the Peanut app as she announced that a fourth baby is on the way – and it's a boy.
Also known to have dabbled in a little promo are former "Teen Mom" stars Jenelle Evans and Farrah Abraham, plus Leah Messer – her Flat Tummy App promo received mixed reviews, though, with some fans threatening to unfollow her.
