Gal Gadot most definitely did not wind up on the worst-dressed list at Sunday night's 2020 Oscars. The Academy Awards may have seen eyebrows raised over looks from unexpected guest Blac Chyna, but the "Wonder Woman" actress drew little criticism as she stepped onto the red carpet in a black and pink Givenchy dress.
Gal, 34, looked a vision as she contrasted jet black lace with bubblegum pink tulle – she also spoke alongside Brie Larson and Sigourney Weaver for a little feminine empowerment.

Gal's dress was no simple affair. The Israeli actress and model had opted for fitted and sheer lace as a bodice-style upper highlighted her toned arms, with opaque fabrics on the turtleneck finish and bustier detailing contrasting racier, see-through materials.
The dress also boasted a giant and pale pink skirt with mesh fabrics and a float-effect feel.
Gal accessorized her Givenchy number with a statement necklace, also wearing her trademark dark locks swept up and into a bun. The "Fast & Furious" star was beautifully made up with a bold red lip and dramatic dark eye makeup.

Gal had her limelight moment as she made a speech alongside "Captain Marvel" actress Brie Larson and "Alien" star Sigourney Weaver, with the three women joking that they wanted to start a "Fight Cub."
“And the loser will get to answer questions from journalists about how it feels to be a woman in Hollywood," they added, with Weaver saying:
“Kidding aside, we just want to stand here together and say all women are superheroes.”
The "Fight Club" mention likely struck a reference chord for many given that the evening saw "Fight Club" actor Brad Pitt win his first acting Oscar for "Once Upon A Time...In Hollywood."

Gal marked her attendance at the Academy Awards, plus her dress over on her social media. A black-and-white Instagram photo showed the mother of two's stunning look, with fans appearing to absolutely adore it.
"You looked so AMAZING tonight!!! And this is such an awesome photo!!!??????," one fan wrote.
"Stunning," another said.
The post proved hugely popular overall, clocking an impressive 700,000+ likes by the time the sun rose on Monday morning. A celebrity like also came in from "Friends" alum Jennifer Aniston.
Fans are getting more and more excited as the release date for "Wonder Womanm 1984" approaches – the movie is set to hit theaters on June 5, 2020.
Gal is, indeed, a major phenomenon right now. The actress actually auditioned blind for her "Wonder Woman" role, then filming the movie while pregnant. She didn't reveal her pregnancy to the cast and crew for fear of being treated differently.
Gal's Oscars night also saw her filmed singing along to Eminem's "Lose Yourself" – the 47-year-old rapper made a surprise appearance as he performed his iconic track.
