Sylvester Stallone's 25-Year Marriage CRASHES After Heated Argument Over A Dog?!

Hollywood A-List actor Sylvester Stallone and his wife of 25 years, Jennifer Flavin, are calling it quits on their marriage.

Flavin, a former model, filed to divorce the legendary actor, stating that he was making attempts to move their marital asset. She filed to end the marriage in Palm Beach county in Florida and also wants control of their house in the same location as the divorce case runs its course in court.

According to more recent reports, the pair may have ended things over a very heated argument about getting... a dog?

According to TMZ, sources close to both Stallone and Flavin claim they fell out over a dog. The source shared that Stallone wanted to get a second dog, a Rottweiler, to help protect their family, but Flavin was highly against it.

They further stated that this eventually led to the pair fighting and getting into a heated argument over needing another dog. Despite Flavin standing her ground against a new pet, Stallone still went ahead and got the dog and named him Dwight.

The "Rocky" star has several photos of Dwight on his Instagram page and coincidentally named him after the character he plays on his new show "Tulsa King."

So, while an argument over a dog shouldn't be a reason to end a 25-year marriage, it does feel very suspect when you consider Stallone's newest tattoo.

Flavin's divorce filing comes only a day after the famous actor was spotted with a brand new tattoo of a dog in place of his wife's face.

After 25 years together, Stallone and Flavin's marriage hit the rocks.

Closer Weekly first reported on the dissolution of their union. The publication shared that Flavine filed to divorce Stallone while claiming that he planned on hiding some marital assets from her. She also stated that their marriage was "irretrievably broken" in the legal documents.

Flavin said in the court document (via TMZ), "Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate." She has also asked, "to be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor."

The former model seems to imply that Stallone has purposefully tried to waste their marital assets in an attempt to limit whatever they could battle over when the legal proceedings begin. Because of that, she also asks that the court stop Stallone "from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings."

Stallone, on his part, as per Closer Weekly, said that he loves his family, and they are "amicably" and "privately" addressing their marital issues.

Before news of their imminent divorce made the rounds, Stallone was reportedly seen at a tattoo shop, sporting a new body art of a dog, right over where Flavin's face used to be.

According to Daily Mail, Stallone's publicist insisted that all was well, and the switch to the dog's face was due to the actor wanting to give Flavin's face on his shoulder an update that went horribly wrong. Due to the botched work, he had to completely cover it all up with a dog's face.

The statement read, "Mr. Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife Jennifer however the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable."

Clearly, there was more to this story than there initially appeared to be, as news of the divorce filing dropped shortly thereafter.

Before things got "rocky," the pair had taken to social media to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. Stallone gushed about his love for the former model, calling her an "amazing wife." The actor made sure to pen the sweetest and most adorable message to honor his love for Flavin.

He wrote, "Happy 25th anniversary to my amazing wife. There is not enough words to describe what this incredibly selfless dedicated , patient, woman has meant to our lives and I only wish they could be another 25! Thank you sweetheart!"

The couple received several messages stating how blessed and lucky they were to have each other.
